근무여건이 직·간접적으로 주식가치에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 근무여건이 직·간접적으로 주식가치에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자, 근무여건이 주식가치에 직접적으로 미치는 영향과 근무여건의 고저의 차이에 따라 회계정보의 주가관련성에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 근무여건으로는 급여, 재직기간과 정규직비율이 사용되었다. 이를 검증하기 위해서, 본 연구는 2011년부터 2015년까지를 연구기간으로 하고 2,272개 기업/연도의 유가증권시장 상장기업을 표본으로 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 근무여건이 주식가치에 미치는 직접적인 영향력을 분석한 결과, 급여가 높거나 재직기간이 길수록 주식가치는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정규직비율은 주식가치에 미치는 영향이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 근무여건이 회계정보의 주가관련성에 미친 영향을 분석한 결과, 급여가 높을수록 순자산의 주가관련성만 높은 것으로 나타났고, 재직기간과 정규직비율이 높을수록 초과이익의 주가관련성만 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 2개 이상의 근무여건이 동시에 회계정보의 주가관련성에 미친 영향을 분석한 결과, 급여가 높으면서 동시에 재직기간이 긴 경우에는 초과이익과 순자산 모두 주가관련성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다른조건들의 경우에는 초과이익의 주가관련성만 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 근무여건 중 급여, 재직기간이 주식가치에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 근무여건의 차이에 따라 회계정보의 주가관련성에 차이가 있음을 보여줌으로써, 주식가치결정에 있어서 근무여건의 영향력을 보여주었다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

To prove the direct/indirect effects of the working conditions on stock value, we analyzed the direct effects of the working conditions on stock value, and if there is a difference on a accounting information’s relevance of stock price as the difference of working conditions. For working conditions, wage, tenure of office, and the rate of permanent position have used. To prove this, the study period is from 2011 to 2015, and analyzed 2,272 companies/yearly stock market listed company as a sample. The major analysis results of the study are；firstly, as the result of the analysis about the direct influence of working condition on stock value, it represented that the stock value gets higher as the wage gets high or tenure of office gets long. However, the influence of the rate of permanent position on stock value is none. Secondly, as the result of the analysis about the influence of working conditions on the account information‘s relevance of stock price, it represented that only net assets‘ relevance of stock price gets higher, as the wage gets high and the abnormal earning‘s relevance of stock price gets higher, as tenure of office and the rate of permanent position gets high. Finally, as the result about the influences of more than 2 working conditions on accounting information‘s relevance of stock value at the same time, both abnormal earnings and net assets‘ relevance of stock values are high, when wage is high and tenure of office is long at the same time. For the other cases, only abnormal earning‘s relevance of stock price is high. Showing that there is a direct influence of wage and tenure of office on the stock value and there is a difference on the account information‘s relevance of stock price as the difference of working conditions, it has a meaning on showing influence of working conditions on stock value decision.
