국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나 19 장기화로 인해 경험하는 어머니의 어려움과 요구를 알아보기 위해 수행하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 수도권에 위치한 유치원에 다니는 자녀를 둔 어머니 5명을 대상으로 두 그룹으로 나누어 반구조화된 면담 질문을 바탕으로 코로나 19를 2년 넘게 겪으면서 경험한 어머니들의 가정양육에 대한 어려움과 요구를 알아보기 위해 심층면담을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과, 연구참여자들은 첫째, 자녀의 야외활동 제한과 어머니의 스트레스 급증을 가장 큰 어려움으로 꼽았다. 둘째, 자녀의 다양한 경험과 또래관계의 부족을 가장 걱정하였다. 셋째, 유아교육기관의 적정량의 활동 진행과 초등학교 입학 준비 실행을 원하였다. 넷째, 유아교육기관 결석 시에도 지불해야 하는 교육비와 긴급 가정양육지원비의 국가적 지원, 자녀와 함께 할 수 있는 활동을 제안하는 플랫폼의 국가적 운영을 원하였다. 결론 이에 본 연구는 코로나 19 장기화로 변화된 가정양육 관련 사항을 이해하고 실질적인 지원방안을 구성하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하고 앞으로 코로나 19와 같은 팬데믹 상황 재활생 시 대처방안 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, it was conducted to find out the difficulties and needs of mothers experienced due to the prolonged COVID-19. Methods To this end, five mothers with children attending kindergartens located in the metropolitan area were divided into two groups and conducted in-depth interviews to find out the difficulties and demands of mothers who experienced COVID-19 for more than two years. Results As a result of the study, the study participants cited first, restrictions on children's outdoor activities and a surge in stress from mothers as the biggest difficulties. Second, they were most worried about their children’s lack of various experiences and peer relationships. Third, they wanted to carry out an appropriate amount of activities and to prepare for elementary school admission in kindergarten. Fourth, they wanted to provide national support for education expenses and emergency family support expenses that must be paid even in the absence of kindergarten, and to operate a platform that proposes activities that can be done with children. Conclusions Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it presents basic data to understand matters related to family care changed due to the prolonged COVID-19 and to establish measures to cope with pandemic situations such as COVID-19 in the future.
