국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 다차원적 완벽주의(자기지향, 타인지향, 사회부과된 완벽주의), 자아정체감, 진로결정수준 간의 관계를 확인하고자 진행하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 대학생들의 다차원적 완벽주의(자기지향, 타인지향, 사회부과된 완벽주의)가 진로 결정수준의 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자아정체감을 선정하여 다차원적 완벽주의와 진로결정수준 간의 관계에서 자아정체감의 매개경로를 검증하였다. 방법 본 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 다차원적 완벽주의(자기지향 완벽주의, 타인지향 완벽주의, 사회부과된 완벽주의)가 자아정체감을 거쳐 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기지역 4년제 대학생 545명으로 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 통계 프로그램으로 변인들의 관계를 확인하기 위해 상관관계를 분석하고, 위계적 회귀분석으로 자아정체감의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 결과 분석 결과를 보면, 첫째, 타인지향 완벽주의와 진로결정수준 간의 자아정체감의 매개효과가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 자기지향 완벽주의가 높을수록 자아정체감이 높아지고, 자아정체감이 높을수록 진로결정수준이 높아지는 완전 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 사회부과된 완벽주의가 높을수록 자아정체감이 낮아지지만, 자아정체감이 높을수록 진로결정수준이 높아지는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 결과가 연구에 주는 의의 및 실제 상담 현장에서의 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to identify the relationship between multidimensional perfectionism (self-reliance, others-oriented, socially prescribed perfectionism), self-identity, and career decision level of college students. Based on the previous studies, the multidimensional perfectionism (self-oriented, others-oriented, and socially prescribed perfectionism) of college students was selected as the factor affecting the relationship between career decision level and the mediating path of self-identity was verified in the relationship between multidimensional perfectionism and career decision level. Methods The subjects of this study were 545 college students, who collected data through online questionnaires. In order to confirm the relationship between variables through SPSS statistical program, correlation analysis was conducted and the mediating effect was confirmed by hierarchical regression analysis. Results The results of the analysis showed that there was no mediating effect of self-identity between others-oriented perfectionism and career decision level. Second, it was confirmed that the higher self-oriented perfectionism, the higher self-identity, and the higher self-identity, the more fully mediating effect of career decision level. Third, the higher socially prescribed perfectionism, the lower self-identity, but the higher self-identity, the higher the level of career decision, the more partial mediating effect was confirmed. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the significance of the results of this study and the implications of actual counseling were discussed.
