직무역량 기반 블라인드 이력서 작성을 위한 모바일 인터페이스 설계

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 직무역량 기반 블라인드 이력서 작성을 위한 모바일 인터페이스를 설계하는 것이다. 방법 연구목적의 실현을 위하여 실시한 연구방법은 문헌연구, 사례연구, rapid prototyping, 전문가 평가 등이었다. 문헌연구와 사례연구는 연구주제와 관련된 관련 문헌 및 사례를 수집, 분석하여 설계원리 구안에 활용하였다. 또한 인터페이스 설계를 위한 개발모형은 최종 사용자의 요구를 즉시 받아 수정, 개발할 수 있는 rapid prototyping을 활용하였다. 초기 인터페이스의 결함을 발견하고 이를 수정하여 완성된 형태로 개발하기 위하여 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 결과 직무역량 기반 블라인드 이력서의 모바일 인터페이스는 크게 세 가지 영역으로 구성된다. 먼저, 일반적인 영역으로서 사용자가 가입하고 필요한 정보를 열람할 수 있는 부분이 있다. 둘째, 사용자의 직무역량을 전문적으로 남길 수 있는 부분으로서 자신의 직무역량을 분석하는 영역, 희망직무를 기술하는 영역, 직무와 관련한 경험을 탐색할 수 있는 영역, 자기진단검사 영역으로 구성된다. 셋째, 이와 같은 정보를 활용하여 관련 분야 전문가에게 컨설팅을 받을 수 있는 영역까지 포함된다. 결론 직무역량 블라인드 이력서는 개인이 가진 스펙, 즉 학력, 이력, 외모, 가족관계 등을 배제하고 구직자의 진성역량을 분석하고 관련 능력을 누가 기록할 수 있는 내용으로 구성되어야 하며, 동시에 역량을 지속적으로 개발하기 위하여 전문가로부터 상담 및 컨설팅을 받을 수 있는 영역으로 구성되어야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to design a mobile interface for creating blind resumes based on job competency. Methods The research methods carried out to realize the research purpose were literature study, case study, rapid prototyping, and expert evaluation. Literature study and case study collected and analyzed related literature and cases related to the research topic, and used it to devise the design principle. In addition, the development model for interface design utilizes rapid prototyping that can be modified and developed immediately upon receiving the end user's request. Expert evaluation was carried out to find defects in the initial interface and to develop them in a completed form by correcting them. Results The mobile interface of the job competency-based blind resume is largely composed of three areas. First, as a general area, there is a section where a user can sign up and browse necessary information. Second, it is a part where the user's job competency can be left professionally, and it is composed of an area to analyze one's job competency, an area to describe a desired job, an area to explore job-related experiences, and a self-diagnosis test area. Third, it includes the area where such information can be used to receive consulting from experts in related fields. Conclusions The job competency blind resume should be composed of contents that can exclude individual specifications such as academic background, history, appearance, family relationships, etc. It should be composed of areas that can receive counseling and consulting from experts in order to develop.
