국문 초록

본 연구는 블록체인 기술과 NFT 아트를 통해 생성된 미술시장의 규모 확대, 미술 작품 콘텐츠 불법 복제 확대, NFT 미술 작품 저작권 문제 사례들의 배경으로 설정하여, NFT와 미술 저작권 상관관계, NFT의 동향과 저작권 문제점 및 사례 분석 연구를 진행하는 것이 목표이다. 연구결과는 NFT 관련 논란과 저작권 문제들을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 국내외 NFT 거래 플랫폼 사례 조사와 실물 미술작품 블록체인 거래 플랫폼 사례와 NFT를 활용한 미술관 운영에 대해 분석하였다. 국내 NFT 거래 플랫폼 사례는 정보기술(IT), 게임, 가상화폐, 스포츠, 엔터테인먼트 관련으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 블록체인의 잠재적 가능성과 가치를 분석하였다. 결론적으로 국내외 NFT 거래 시장이 성장하기 위해서는 NFT 거래 플랫폼의 가이드라인이 필요하다. 또한 미술 작품 저작권을 포함한 미술 창작 작품 유통 서비스와 관련된 플랫폼이 구축되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The goal of this study is to conduct research on NFT and art copyright correlation, NFT trends and copyright problems, and case analysis by expanding the size of the art market created through blockchain technology and NFT art, expanding illegal copying of art contents, and NFT copyright issues. The research results analyzed NFT-related controversies and copyright issues. To this end, a case study of domestic and foreign NFT trading platforms, a case of blockchain trading platforms for real art works, and the operation of art galleries using NFT were analyzed. Cases of domestic NFT trading platforms were classified and analyzed into information technology (IT), games, virtual currency, sports, and entertainment. Based on this, the potential potential and value of the blockchain were analyzed. In conclusion, guidelines for NFT trading platforms are needed for the domestic and foreign NFT trading markets to grow. In addition, an art creation work distribution service platform including art work copyright should be established.
