국문 초록

2020년 코로나19의 세계적인 확산은 인류의 생활에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 특히, 학생들에게 실습 실기 교육을 하고, 그 결과물을 졸업작품이라는 이름으로 대면으로 발표하고 졸업을 시키는 대학의 의류·패션 전공에서는 대면이 제한되는 상황에서 대안을 찾아야 했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 외부 환경하에 지난 2년간 국내 4년제 대학의 의류·패션 전공의 졸업작품 발표형식이 어떻게 변화하였는지 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 2020년 이후 국내외 패션컬렉션의 발표형식 변화에 대해 살펴보고, 다음으로 2020년 이후 국내 4년제 대학의 의류·패션 전공의 졸업작품 발표형식 변화와 경향에 대해 조사하였다. 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 국내외 패션컬렉션에서는 대부분 무관중 온라인 패션쇼라는 대안을 선택하였다. 다음으로 국내 대학에서 선택한 대안 역시 무관중 온라인 패션쇼라는 새로운 형식을 취한 경우가 가장 많고, 다음으로 사회적 거리두기를 지키는 상황에서의 패션쇼, 전시 등이었다. 특히, 주목할 점은 패션 필름이라는 새로운 형태나, 3D 프로그램을 활용한 가상 패션쇼의 새로운 형식을 취하는 경우이며, 이는 향후 포스트 코로나 시기의 졸업작품 발표형식의 변화 방향을 미리 볼 수 있는 단초가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The global spread of COVID-19 in 2020 has brought about a major change in human life. In particular, it was necessary to find alternatives at a time when face-to-face education was limited in clothing and fashion majors at universities where students were given practical training, and the results were presented face-to-face under the name of graduation work. This study aims to clarify how the form of graduation work presentation by clothing and fashion majors at domestic four-year universities has changed over the past two years under this external environment. To this end, we first looked at the changes in the presentation form of global and Korean fashion collections after 2020, and then investigated the changes and trends in the form of graduation work presentation by clothing and fashion majors at domestic four-year universities after 2020. The results for this are as follows. First, in most global and Korean fashion collections, the form of online fashion show without spectators was selected as an alternative. Next, the alternatives chosen by domestic universities were also most often in the form of online fashion shows without spectators, followed by fashion shows and exhibitions in situations where social distancing was observed. In particular, it is noteworthy that it takes a new form of fashion film or a new form of virtual fashion show using 3D programs, which will be a starting point for previewing the direction of changes in the form of graduation presentations after the COVID-19 period.
