국문 초록

본 연구는 미술관에서 발생되는 미술콘텐츠의 중요성, 미술작가들의 신뢰할 수 있는 미술 NFT 저작권 필요성, 미술 저작권 NFT 서비스의 필요성으로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 미술관에서 활용 가능한 미술콘텐츠 저작권 블록체인의 프레임워크와 서비스를 실행하기 위한 플랫폼의 방향성을 제시하기 위한 연구이며, 표적집단면접법(FGI)를 정량화 시키는 방법으로 연구를 진행되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술관에서의 미술콘텐츠 저작권의 문제점과 NFT 마켓의 국내외 현황을 분석하였다. 둘째, 미술관 기반하의 미술 저작권 메타데이터 구조설계와 스마트 콘트렉트 상세설계를 제안하였다. 셋째, 미술작품 NFT 유통 프레임워크를 제안하여, 저작권 서비스 관리 방안을 도출하였다. 넷째, 미술작품에 대한 NFT 서비스 구현과 테스팅을 시행하기 위해 GPIA 토큰을 개발하였다. 다섯째, 미술관에서 사용 가능한 시장별 콘텐츠 저작권 사업화 전략을 도출하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해서 미술관에서 활용 가능한 저작권 블록체인의 서비스 체계와 시스템적 접근에 대한 프레임워크가 제안되었다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted by dividing the importance of art content generated in art museums, the need for reliable art NFT copyright of artists, and the necessity of art copyright NFT service. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the platform for executing the framework and services of the art content copyright blockchain that can be used in art museums. The research method was conducted by quantifying the force group interview(FGI) method. The research results are as follows. First, the problems of art content copyright in art museums and the domestic and international status of the NFT market were analyzed. Second, art copyright metadata structural design and smart contact detailed design based on art museums were proposed. Third, a copyright service management plan was derived by proposing an NFT distribution framework for artworks. Fourth, GPIA tokens were developed to implement and test NFT services for artworks. Fifth, a strategy for commercializing content copyrights for each market that can be used in art museum was derived. In conclusion, through this study, a framework for the service system and systematic approach of copyright blockchain available in art museum was proposed.
