‘되기(becoming)’를 활용한 시 창작 교육 방안 연구

국문 초록

본고는 ‘되기’의 사유 방법을 활용하여 교양 수업에서 비전공 학습자도 시 창작을할 수 있는 교육 방안을 설정하고자 하였다. 대학교에 입학한 신입생들은 지금까지의미를 암기하는 주입식 교육을 통해 시를 접한 경험으로 인해 절대적인 의미에 집중하는 문제를 보였다. 정작 시는 의미를 탈주하여 창의적인 것을 생성해내는 작업이다. 이에 필자는 학습자가 의미를 탈주하는 방법으로 들뢰즈의 ‘되기’ 사유를 차용하여시 창작 교육에 활용해보았다. 본고에서 제시한 시 창작 프로그램은 ① 시 소재 찾기및 묘사하기 → ② ‘되기’ 사유를 적용할 수 있는 시 사례 소개하기 → ③ ‘되기’를 통한 묘사 3개 이상 쓰기 → ④ ①에서 쓴 묘사와 ③에서 쓴 묘사 비교하기 → ⑤ 연과행을 구분하여 시로 정리하기 → ⑥ 평가하기 순으로 구성된다. 이러한 교육 방안은 학습자가 시를 접하는 데 있어 의미 중심인 사유 방식에서 벗어나게 하여 시에 대한 이해의 반경을 넓히고 시 창작에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 계기를마련한다.

영문 초록

This paper sought to establish an educational plan that enables non-major learners to create poetry in liberal arts classes by using the thought method of “becoming.” Freshmen students who are entering the university have shown difficulties in concentrating on the absolute meaning due to their experience of encountering poetry through indoctrination education to memorize their meaning. Poetry is a work of escaping meaning and creating new things. Therefore, I borrowed Deleuze’s thought of “becoming” as a way for learners to escape meaning, and used it in poetry creation education. The poetry creation program presented in this paper includes: ① Finding and describing the subject matter of the poem → ② Introducing a poem case that can apply the reason for “becoming” → ③ Writing three or more descriptions through “becoming” → ④Comparing the descriptions written in ① and ③ → ⑤ Dividing the stanzas and lines into a poem → ⑥ Evaluating. This resulting educational plan provides an opportunity for learners to broaden their understanding of poetry, and allows them to easily access poetry creation by freeing them from the meaning-centered way of thinking when reading poetry.
