국문 초록

연구목적 이 연구는 축구 종목의 지도자가 학생선수를 선발하는 과정에서 개인의 경험과 주관적인 견해에 편중된 판단으로 인한 오류를 줄이기 위해 객관적인 선수 선발 요인을 구성하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법 이러한 목적 달성을 위해 3단계에 걸쳐 자료를 분석하였다. 1단계는 전문가 집단의 델파이 검증을 총 세 차례에 걸쳐 진행했다. 1차 델파이 검증은 전문가 집단의 협의와 문헌 고찰을 통해 개방형 문항을 구성하였다. 2차 델파이 검증은 1차 델파이 검증을 통해 구성된 문항을 2점 척도 문항으로 다시 한번 문항의 중요도를 판단하였다. 3차 델파이 검증은 문항의 내용타당성을 검증하였다. 2단계 검증은 수도권 지역의 초⋅중⋅고등학교 축구부 지도자와 클럽 지도자 134명을 대상으로 설문을 받아 적합도 검증을 실시했다. 3단계 검증은 AMOS 21과 EXCEL 프로그램을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석으로 수렴타당도와 판별타당도를 검증하였다. 연구결과 이러한 3단계의 검증 과정을 통해 축구 종목의 학생선수 선발 요인 4개와 19개의 하위요인을 구성할 수 있었다. 4개의 요인은 신체, 심리, 기능, 경험으로 구성되었다. 결론 어린 학생선수를 대상으로 하는 선수 선발의 관점은 현재의 경기 결과 측면과 함께 운동선수로의 성장이나 발전 가능성 측면이 중요한 선발 요소로 평가되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 융합적 선수 선발의 관점만이 학생선수에게, 나아가 스포츠 종목의 발전에도 긍정적으로 작용할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to establish a base of criterion elements for soccer team leader to reduce errors in recruiting soccer players based on biases coming from personal experiences and subjective views, and to recruit individuals objectively. Methods: The Delphi method was first utilized by developing open-ended questions through consultation with specialists and a literary review. The Delphi method was then used to transformed the questions made into 2-point scales, and the importance of each question was judged. The Delphi method was then used to test the content validity of the questions. In the second step, this study surveyed 134 soccer team and club leaders in elementary, middle and high schools in the metropolitan area of Seoul to test its appropriateness. In the third step, the AMOS 21 and EXCEL programs were utilized, and a confirmatory factor analysis to test convergent validity and discriminant validity was also carried out. Results: The three-step investigation allowed the researchers to ascertain four main factors and 19 sub-factors regarding the recruitment of student soccer players. The four factors were: physical condition, psychology, functions, and experiences. Conclusion: In recruiting young student soccer players, it is necessary to consider the potentials for growth and development as soccer players as well as the players’ current abilities. It would appear that such an integrated view in recruiting soccer players will have positive effects on the players themselves and the development of the sports.
