기술적 문제해결에서 학습자의 평가 과정에 대한 근거이론적 연구

국문 초록

연구목적 이 연구의 목적은 근거이론에 의한 사례 분석에 기초하여 기술적 문제해결의 네 번째 단계인 평가 단계에서 학습자가 문제를 해결하는 과정에 관한 이론을 도출하는 것이었다. 연구방법 학습자 48명이 기술적 문제해결 활동 후 작성한 과정 기록지를 분석하고 코딩하여 상황모형을 구성하였다. 연구결과 기술적 문제해결 평가의 과정은 그 이전 단계인 실현 성과와 만족도를 토대로 하고, 학습자 스스로 설정한 문제해결 목표, 평가기준에 영향을 받으며 진행된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 평가 과정에서 학습자의 문제해결 만족도가 형성 되었고, 반성적 사고의 유무에 따라 학습자의 문제해결 자신감과 문제해결 의지가 형성되었다. 결론 기술적 문제해결의 평가 과정에서 평소에는 알기 어려웠던 학습자의 내면적 과정을 세밀히 분석할 수 있었고, 이를 통하여 평가 단계에서 교수자가 고려해야 할 학습자의 특성 및 요인들을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to derive a theory about the process by which learners solve problems in the evaluation stage, which is the fourth stage of technological problem solving, based on case analysis utilization a grounded theory approach. Methods: A situation model was constructed by analyzing and coding the course records written by 48 learners after the technological problem solving activities. Results: The research found that the process of technological problem-solving evaluation is based on the realization performance and satisfaction of the previous stage, and is influenced by the problem- solving goals and evaluation criteria set by the learners themselves. In the evaluation process, learners satisfaction with problem solving was formed, and depending on the presence or absence of reflective thinking, learners confidence in problem solving and their will to solve problems were formed. Conclusion: Through this study, it was possible to analyze the learner s internal thought processes, which were difficult to understand, and through this, it was possible to identify learner characteristics and factors that the instructor should consider in the assessment stage.
