국문 초록

연구목적 본 연구는 뉴 스포츠 출현이 만들어 낸 체육수업에서의 스포츠의 가치변화를 특정 문제로 설정하고, 바람직한 체육수업의 주요한 콘텐츠로서 스포츠의 가치를 재조명하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법 1차적으로 통시적인 관점에서 학제간 문헌고찰을 실시하였고, 2차적으로 뉴 스포츠 수업에 참여한 담당교사, 참여학생 총 6명의 인터뷰와 참여관찰를 통해서 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 뉴 스포츠 출현을 기점으로 체육수업에서의 스포츠 가치가 경쟁중심주의, 기능중심주의를 중시하던 근대스포츠에서 탈피하려는 움직임이 활발하게 진행되고 있다는 점이다. 두 번째, 폐쇄된 시⋅공간으로 한정된 경기스포츠라는 협의의 스포츠관을 초월한 인간과 인간과의 교류, 지역과 학교와의 교류를 추구하는 광의의 스포츠 관 정착 및 상실된 스포츠문화인 즐거움을 재발견할 수 있는 수업 목표로 스포츠의 가치가 재설정되고 있다는 점이다. 세 번째, 미래사회에 대응하는 라이프 스타일을 구축하는 촉진제로 스포츠의 가치가 재조명되고 있다는 점이다. 네 번째, 또 하나의 체육수업(Alternative Physical Education)으로 제도권내에서 자리매김하기 위한 콘텐츠로서 스포츠 가치가 변용되고 있다는 점이다. 결론 첫째, 뉴 스포츠 출현을 기점으로 미래사회의 가치와 동떨어진 기능주의 위주의 체육수업에서 벗어나야 한다. 둘째, 사회적 변화의 요구에 적극적으로 대응하는 체육수업으로의 전환을 확대하기 위해서는 사회와의 접점속에서 스포츠의 가치를 통시적으로 학제적으로 고찰해야 하는 성찰적 태도가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish as a specific problem the change in the value of sports in physical education classes created by the emergence of new sports as a specific problem, and to re-illuminate the value of sports as the main content of desirable physical education classes. Methods: First, an interdisciplinary literature review was conducted from a diachronic perspective, and secondly, data were collected and analyzed through interviews and observations from six teachers and their participating students in the new sports class. Results: First, it was found that starting with the advent of new sports, the movement served to break away from modern sports, which emphasized competition-oriented and function-oriented sports values in physical education classes, is actively underway. Second, it is possible to establish a sports hall in a broad sense that pursues exchanges with humans and between regions and schools that transcend the narrow sports view of game sports limited to closed time and space, and rediscover the joy of lost sports culture. The major point is that the value of sports is being reset as a class goal. Third, the value of sports is being re-evaluated as a facilitator perspective to build a lifestyle that responds to the future society. Fourth, the value of sports is being transformed as content to establish itself within the system as an alternative form pf physical education class. Conclusion: First, starting with the advent of new sports, we need to break away from functionalism-oriented physical education classes that are removed from the values of the future society. Second, in order to expand the transition to physical education classes that actively respond to the demands of social change, it is necessary to have a reflective attitude and consider the value of sports in a diachronic and interdisciplinary way at the point of contact with society.
