국문 초록

본 연구는 디지털 전환이 가속화되는 점을 가정한 상황에서 미래 학교교육의 모습을 시나리오 기법을 통하여 예측하고 있다. 본 연구에서 활용된 시나리오 기법은 확률론적 수정 경향(probabilistic modified trends : PMT)’의 경향성 영향 분석(trend impact analysis : TIA)의 방법론의 틀을 준용하면서, 빅데이터 분석 및 전문가 검토 등을 활용하여 미래 시나리오를 도출하였다. 빅데이터 분석을 위해 미래 학교교육과 관련이 있는 1,139건의 논문과 457건의 칼럼 및 기고문 등을 수집하였고, 각 문서의 형태소를 추출하여 총 740,543개의 형태소를 통해 각 문서를 벡터 공간에 위치시켰으며 문서 간의 거리 측정을 통하여 군집분석 프로파일링실시 후, 각 분야별 전문가를 섭외하고 협의회를 거쳐 최종 시나리오를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 조합이 가능한 시나리오는 총 27가지였으며, 이 가운데 전문가 검토를 거쳐 최종 세 종류의 시나리오를 도출하였다. 세 종류의 시나리오를 종합한 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 전환이 가속화되는 미래 학교교육에서 교사는 ‘학습자들의 다원화된 학습경험의 촉진자’ 역할을 수행하게 될 것으로 예견된다. 둘째, 미래 학교는 오늘날의 학교와 달리 지역의 ‘학습허브센터’로서 역할을 수행하게 될 것으로 예견된다. 셋째, 미래의 학교에서 교육운영체제는 학습자들의 ‘학습역량 이력’이 보다 중요해 질 것으로 예측되었다. 이상의 연구 결과와 함께 추후 연구에서 고려해야 할 사항도 함께 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the future scenarios for school education to predict the way of how school education system in Korea needs to be innovated, specifically in the era of digital transformation and unexpected crisis like Covid-19. Grounded on the research purpose, probabilistic modified trends(PMT) and trend impact analysis(TIA) research methods were invited to derive scenarios for future school education. The research papers(1,139) and columns or articles(457) on school education were collected and 740,543 morphemes were extracted from the resources. Each document was placed in vector space to measure the distance. Based on this measurement, future school education scenarios were created with cluster analysis profiling. The possible scenarios were 27 at the stage of early analysis, and the final three scenarios were derived with consultation of the professionals from education field. The research results based on the final scenarios are like as follows. First, the role of teacher would be changed to the facilitator for the diversified learning experience of learners in the era of digital transformation. Second, the future schools will be shifted to the Learning Hub in each region. Last, the learning competency portfolio of the learners will be the key for operating future learning system.
