친인척 위탁 청소년이 청소년상담복지센터에서 위기지원 받은 경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구

국문 초록

본 연구는 친인척 집에서 생활하고 있는 청소년이 청소년상담복지센터에서 위기지원 받은 경험과 그 의미를 Clandinin과 Connelly(2007)가 제안한 3차원적 내러티브 탐구 공간(시간성, 사회성, 장소)에 위치시켜서 전개하였다. 연구 참여자는 2018년 11월(중학교 2학년)부터 2021년 5월(고등학교 2학년)까지 청소년상담복지센터에서 위기지원 서비스를 받은 17세의 여자 고등학생이다. 7세 때부터 친인척 집에서 위탁양육을 받고 있는 연구 참여자는 청소년상담복지센터에 의뢰되어31개월 동안 맞춤형 위기지원 서비스를 받았다. 연구 결과, 본 연구자는 연구 참여자의 친인척 집에서의 아프고 척박했던 삶의 의미를 <작은 아빠의 구타와 폭언>, <할머니의 부재와 고된 노동>, <성장에 필요한 돌봄의 박탈>, <마음 깊이 드리워진 우울의 그림자>로, 그리고 청소년상담복지센터에서 위기지원 받은 경험의 의미를 <학대를 감시하는 초소>, <청소년동반자에게 마음을 열다>, <마음보따리를 풀어내며 안식과 위로를 얻다>, <세상을 긍정적으로 보게 하는 마중물>, <나도 꿈이 있어>, <마음을 환기시키는 힘이 생기다>로 도출하였다. 연구 참여자는 청소년상담복지센터에서 상담지원과 복지지원이 연결된 맞춤형 위기지원 서비스를 받는 경험을 통해 ‘행복하고살맛이 나는’ 실제적인 성장과 변화를 일구어냈다. 그리고 자신의 경험을 이야기하고 다시 이야기하는 과정을 통해 자신과 타인과 세상에 대한 관심을 가지면서 자기 안에 가려져 있던 내면의 힘을 발견하였고, 이 힘은 삶에 대한 의지를 갖게 하는 좋은 연료가 되고 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted by placing the experience of youth living in relatives’ homes receiving crisis support at the Youth Counseling and Welfare Center and its meaning in a three-dimensional narrative exploration space (time nature, sociality, and place) proposed by Clandinin and Connelly (2007). Participants in the study were 17-year-old female high school students who received crisis support services from the Youth Counseling and Welfare Center from November 2018 (second year of middle school) to May 2021 (second year of high school). Participants in the study, who have been in foster care at their relatives’ homes since the age of 7, were commissioned to the Youth Counseling and Welfare Center and received customized crisis support services for 31 months. As a result of the study, the researcher derived the meaning of painful and barren life of participants in the relative’s home as < Uncle’s beating and abusive language>, , , , and the meaning of the experience of receiving crisis support from the Youth Counseling and Welfare Center as , , , , , . Participants in the study created actual growth and change, thinking that the life can be happy and worth living through their experience of receiving customized crisis support services linked to counseling support and welfare support at the Youth Counseling and Welfare Center. Through the process of telling and retelling their experiences, participants discovered the inner power hidden within themselves and this became good fuel to give them the will to live.
