교육대학교 학생들의 비대면 학습체험에 대한 현상학적 탐구

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 교육대학교 학생들의 비대면 학습체험을 현상학적으로 탐구함으로써 비대면학습체험의 의미와 본질을 규명하는 데 있다. 연구결과를 간략하게 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육대학교 학생들은 비대면 수업에서 절차적 지식과 선언적 지식을 습득하는 데 어려움을 겪었으며, 출석과 과제 수행을 위하여 다소 형식적인 학습을 하였다. 둘째, 교육대학교 학생들은비대면 수업에서 교수-학생 사이의 유대감이 저하되고, 동료들과의 상호작용이 위축되는 경험을 하였다. 셋째, 교육대학교 학생들은 비대면 수업에서 대학생과 예비교사라는 이중정체성을유지하기 힘들었지만, 자기주도적인 학습의 중요성을 자각하게 되었다. 넷째, 교육대학교 학생들은 바뀐 수업방식에 빠르게 적응하면서 비대면 수업 능력의 중요성을 알게 되었고, 비대면 수업방식을 활용하여 대면 수업 방법을 확장하게 되었다. 이 연구는 교육대학교 학생들의 비대면학습체험을 현상학적으로 탐구함으로써 비대면 교사교육의 교육적 의미를 조명하고, 비대면 교사교육을 이론화하는 데 기여할 것이다. 또한, 이 연구는 비대면 학습체험의 본질을 조명함으로써 비대면 수업의 이해와 개선을 위한 이론적 및 실천적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

The aim of this paper is to investigate the meaning and essence of non-face-to-face learning experience by phenomenologically exploring non-face-to-face learning experiences of students in an university of education. The findings of the study are as follows. Firstly, the students of the university of education had difficulty in acquiring procedural and declarative knowledge in non-face-to-face classes, and they participated somewhat perfunctorily for attendance and task performance. Secondly, the students of the university of education experienced the bond between the professor and students and interaction with their colleagues were weakened in non-face-to-face classes. Thirdly, although it was difficult for the students of the university of education to maintain the dual identity as college students and pre-service teachers in the non-face-to-face class situation, they became aware of the importance of self-directed learning as learners. Lastly, the students of the university of education quickly adapted to the changed teaching methods, realized the importance of non-face-to-face teaching ability, and expanded the face-to-face teaching method by using the method. The results of this paper will contribute to the theoretical study of non-face-to-face teachers education and to examine the educational meaning of non-face-to-face teachers education by exploring pre-service teachers’ non-face-to-face learning experiences phenomenologically. In addition, this paper will provide theoretical and practical implications for understanding and improving non-face-to-face classes by shedding lights on the essence of non-face-toface learning experiences.
