응급의료종사자의 수면의 질, 피로와 직무몰입에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 119구급대원의 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하는 것이다. 2021년 4월 20일부터 4월 26일까지 C시 소재 경남소방본부에 근무하는 119구급대원들 중 연구 참여에 동의한 166명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차, t-검정과 ANOVA, 다중선형회귀분석 등으로 분석하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 차이는 규칙적 운동 여부, 휴일 여가활동 여부, 공무원 생활 만족도, 공무원 생활 적성도, 이직 생각 여부, 자가건강상태에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무몰입은 수면의 질과 양의 상관관계가 있고, 피로와 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 직무몰입에 영향을 주는 요인으로 수면의 질과 피로가 15.0%의 설명력을 보였다. 직무몰입은 피로도가 낮을수록, 수면의 질 점수가 높아져 수면의 질이 좋지 않을 때 높게 나타났다. 119구급대원의 직무몰입을 향상시키기 위해 직무몰입 프로그램을 개발하고, 훈련하여 직무몰입을 향상시키려는 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 추후 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변인들을 포함한 프로그램 개발을 위해 기초를 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the job involvement of 119rescue crews. The subjects were 166 paramedics who agreed to participate in the study among 119rescue crews working at the Gyeongnam 119rescue crews in C city from April 20 to April 26, 2021.,The data collected in this study were analyzed by frequency analysis, average and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 19.0 program.,There were statistically significant differences according to regular exercise, holiday leisure activity whether or not, satisfaction with civil service life, aptitude for civil service life, thinking about leaving the job, and self-health status.,Job involvement has a positive correlation with sleep quality and a negative correlation with fatigue. The quality of sleep and fatigue were 15.0% of the factors affecting the job involvement of the subjects, The lower the fatigue, the higher the quality of sleep, and the higher the quality of sleep 119rescue crews. It is judged that efforts are needed to develop job involvement programs and to improve job involvement by training to improve job involvement of paramedics. This study is expected to help lay the foundations for the development of programs including various variables that affect job involvement in the future.
