국문 초록

本稿では、日本就職の自己分析におけるマインドマップの活用について、永野(2019)で挙げられた改善点の反映により、授業運営の改善点の効果やオンライン授業の有用性についてアンケート調査により考察を行い、授業運営や就職指導の方案を示した。 このマインドマップの活用は、釜山外国語大学校の専攻科目｢ビジネス日本語文書作成｣において、履歴書作成の前段階として実施した。改善点を反映した授業運営におけるマインドマップの自己分析の効果について探るだけでなく、自己分析が履歴書作成へどのように役に立ったか、就職活動にどのように活かせるか、またオンライン化に伴い採用したマインドマップ作成のデジタルツールXMindの活用の有用性やマインドマップに対する教師のフィードバックに関する検討、履歴書作成で大変だったことなどを探った。それにより、様々な効果と課題を明らかにし、今後のポストコロナ時代に備えた授業運営や就職指導の手がかりを示した。

영문 초록

In this article, we explore the ways in which the “mind-map” is effectively utilised for self-analyses as part of job hunting in Japan. For this purpose, incorporating Nagano’s(2019) work, we present a questionnaire-based analysis of improvements in class management and the effectiveness of online classes, and propose the new method for class management and the guidance of job hunting. The mind-map was used as a preparation for composing a resume in the class entitled “Document Composition in Business Japanese” at Busan University of Foreign Studies. Our analysis shows not only the effect of the mind-map-based self-analysis on the class management which reflected the points to be improved but also the ways in which the self-analysis well informs the composition of resumes and it is made use of job hunting. Also, we show the usefulness of XMind, a digital tool used to create a mind-map in online classes, consider the feedbacks from teachers about the mind-map, and reveal students’ difficulties in composing resumes. Based on these analyses, we shed light on various effects of the mind-map-based class and its remaining problems in order to provide the scaffolding for class management and the guidance of job hunting in the post-Corona era.
