국문 초록

청년 창업은(2016년 기준) 약 22만 6천개로 전체 창업의 22.9%를 차지하고 있으며 전체 청년 전체 인구의 약 1.7%를 차지하고 있고 창업 업태별로도 소매업, 음식숙박업, 서비스업의 순으로 창업을 진행하고 있다. 이처럼 많은 청년 창업이 진행됨에도 불구하고 현장에서는 휴폐업이 지속적으로 발생하고 있는 다산다사(多産多死)형태를 띠고 있다. 이런 상황에서 원도심의 도시재생사업들 중 청년을 접목한 사업은 새로운 상품과 서비스를 접목해 경제 활동을 주축으로 하는 청년 창업으로 그 결과를 낙관하기에는 재생과 청년이라는 두 마리 토끼를 잡아야 하는 숙제를 가져왔다. 본 연구에서는 성공적인 도시재생을 위한 방안의 하나로 청년 창업이 원활하게 안착하고 접목되는 방안을 제시하고 도시재생 지역 내에 거점(앵커)시설로 활용되고 있는 부문을 청년음식 창과 연계하여 지속적이며 경쟁력 있는 운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 분석 방법은 신뢰성 분석 및 조절분석을 통해 진행하였다. 연구 결과로는 예비창업자들에 있어서는 사업 초기 참여 의도 확보방안으로는 일자리 경험의 확보와 함께 외식업 분야 기술취득을 유도하고, 3년 이상 경험을 가진 창업자들에게는 사업 초기 참여 확보방안으로 기존 영업환경의 개선과 함께 안정적 영업장소를 확보하고 제공하는 것이다.

영문 초록

As of 2016, there were about 226,000 youth start-ups, accounting for 22.9% of all start-ups and about 1.7% of the total youth population. Despite the many youth start-ups in progress, closed-off businesses continue to occur in the field. Among the urban regeneration projects in the original downtown, the project that combines young people with new products and services is a youth start-up centered on economic activities, and it has to catch two rabbits: regeneration and youth to expect optimistic results. In this study, as part of the plan for successful urban regeneration, we will present ways to smoothly settle and integrate youth start-ups and suggest sustainable and competitive operations by linking the sectors used as anchor facilities in urban regeneration areas. The research analysis method was Exploratory correlation analysis and Moderating effect analysis. According to the research, prospective entrepreneurs are encouraged to acquire technology in the restaurant industry and job experience and start-ups with more than three years of experience to secure stable business places and improve the existing business environment.
