국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 A항공사 승무원들을 대상으로 하여 감정노동이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 감정노동과 직무스트레스 및 직무만족의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하며 승무원의 인구통계학적 특성을 조절변수로 하여 감정노동이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이에 따른 결과를 바탕으로 국내항공사들에게 승무원의 인적자원관리에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구의 방법은 A항공사 승무원을 대상으로 한 설문 내용을 바탕으로 SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 5.0 패키지 프로그램을 적용하여 가설 검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 심층행위의 수준이 높을수록 직무스트레스가 낮아지고 직무만족 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감정노동이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 인구통계학적 조절효과는 연령과 소득수준, 혼인여부, 에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 30대 이상에서 표면행위가 직무만족에 미치는 영향이 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 소득수준이 높을수록 그리고 기혼 집단에서 심층행위가 직무만족에 미치는 영향력의 크기가 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of emotional labor on job stress and job satisfaction of flight attendant in airlines. To test this relationship, data was collected from 201 cabin crew members. As well, we included a statistical tool for analyses, SPSS Window for 19.0 and the AMOS 5.0 program were used to analyze the hypotheses. The findings of this study indicated the following results. First, we analyzed our hypotheses which assumed that deep acting of emotional labor would decrease job stress and increase job satisfaction. Second, with respect to the effect of job stress on emotional labor and job satisfaction, there is statistically significant effect. Third, with respect to the effect of demographic characteristics on emotional labor and job satisfaction, there is statistically significant effect. The over 30 years of age group reported a high level in surface acting of emotional labor and job satisfaction. Also, the over 3 million group and the married group were reported a high level in deep acting of emotional labor and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications of the research findings are discussed and recommendations for future research are provided.
