국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학습 포트폴리오 개발 사례를 통해 도출된 학습 포트폴리오 개발 과정 모형안을 대학생들의 학습이력 및 경력관리를 위한 학습 포트폴리오 개발 가이드로 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 A대학의 256명의 대학생을 대상으로 2010년도 2학기(9월-12월) 동안 학습 포트폴리오 개발 구성요소를 제공하고, Hartnell-Young & Morris(1999)의 목적에 따른 학습 및 취업 포트폴리오 유형과 조용개(2008)의 내용에 따른 학습이력 및 경력 포트폴리오 유형과 Seldin(2004), Zubizarreta(2004, 2009)의 포트폴리오 개발 단계를 적용하여 학습 포트폴리오를 개발토록 하였다. 그리고 사전ㆍ사후 설문조사를 통해 학습 포트폴리오 개발 과정을 분석하였다. 사전ㆍ사후설문은 총 20개 문항으로 설문조사 분석은 정량적 빈도분석과 대응표본 t검증을 실시하였으며, 검증 결과 거의 모든 항목에서 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 학습 포트폴리오 개발 과정 분석 결과에 기초하여 본 연구에서 제공한 학습 포트폴리오 구성요소와 개발 단계를 중심으로 학습 포트폴리오 개발 과정 모형안을 제시하였다. 본 학습 포트폴리오 개발 과정 모형안은 Seldin (2004)과 Zubizarreta(2004, 2009)가 제안한 포트폴리오 개발 단계를 적용한 5단계 학습 포트폴리오 개발 과정 모형안으로, 대학생의 학습이력과 경력을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 학습 포트폴리오 개발 가이드로 활용 가능할 것으로 본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest a tentative plan of the learning portfolio development process model for learning history and career aimed at undergraduate students. For this, 256 undergraduate students participated in the development process during the second semester, 2010. During this study, we offered components and stages for the learning portfolio development based on the portfolio type according to purpose and content categorized by Hartnell-Young & Morris (1999) and Cho (2008). And we analyzed the efficiency of the learning portfolio development by the pre/post questionnaire survey which is consisted of 20 questions during the period of the learning portfolio development. According to the results of the pre/post questionnaire survey analysis, students who participated in this study stated that they were a great help for improving learning and employment competency through the learning portfolio development process this time. Especially, in the pre/post questionnaire survey, there were significant differences in the scores of all items. Based on this analysis results, we suggested five phases tentative plan of the learning portfolio development process model according to the portfolio development procedure by Seldin (2004) and Zubizarreta (2004, 2009). This tentative plan of the learning portfolio development process model will be utilized as a guide managing learning history and career in undergraduate students.
