암환자군과 대조군의 생활습관 비교연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 암환자군과 대조군의 일반적 특성, 건강관련 특성, 생활습관을 조사 비교하고, 암 발생과 관련 있는 생활습관 요인을 확인하여 일반인을 위한 암 예방 교육 및 홍보에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 연구 대상자는 총 502명으로 암환자군은 J시 소재 G대학교병원에서 외래, 입원 진료 받고 있는 암 환자로 268명이었으며, 대조군은 암 병력이 없는 일반인으로 J시 소재의 G대학병원에 외래, 입원 진료 받고 있는 환자의 보호자와 J시, C시 지역사회에서 임의 표출한 234명이었다. 본 연구결과 암환자군과 대조군의 체질량지수, 암 가족력, B형 간염 과거력, 성격유형, 스트레스 관리방법에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 대조군이 암환자군에 비해 규칙적인 식사, 채식 선호도, 잡곡 섭취, 규칙적인 운동, 스트레스 관리, B형 예방접종, 암 조기검진이행 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the educational and publicity programs for people to prevent cancer by making a comparative analysis of cancer patients group and control group in terms of general characteristics, health-related characteristics and lifestyle. A total of 502 people were studied for this research. The cancer patients group was composed of 269 cancer patients. The control group was composed of 234 people. The comparative analysis of health-related characteristics between the cancer patients group and control group showed statistically significant differences in the body mass index, family history of cancer, B hepatitis, personality type. The comparative analysis of lifestyle between the cancer patients group and control group showed that the control group was estimated higher in the levels of regular eating habit, preference to vegetables, intake of mixed grains, regular exercise, stress level, stress management, vaccination of B hepatitis and early medical checkup on cancer than the cancer patient group. The comparative analysis of lifestyle between the cancer patients group and control group showed that people needs to improve the lifestyle regarding overeating, preference of spicy and salty tastes, intake of meat and burnt food, biased eating habit, hot food, junk food, smoking and drinking.
