전문계와 인문계 여자고등학생의 자살생각 관련 스트레스 생활사건 요인분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 증가하고 있는 고등학생들의 자살률 감소를 위한 실효성 있는 자살예방 프로그램개발의 일환으로 시도된 서술적 조사연구로서, 전문계고 302명, 인문계고 498명 총 800명의 여자 고등학생들을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 카이제곱검정, 독립표본 t-test, 로지스틱 회귀분석, 의사결정나무분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 전문계고와 인문계고 여학생 간에는 일반적인 특성과 자살관련 특성, 자살생각정도, 스트레스 생활사건 정도 등 많은 변수들이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 스트레스 생활사건에 따른 자살생각을 예측 하는 통계기법으로는 로지스틱 회귀분석(전문계고 64.57%, 인문계 65.86%)에 비하여 의사결정나무분석(전문계고 70.0%, 인문계고 67.07%)이 전체적인 분류정확도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 의사결정나무분석에 의해 예측된 자살생각이 ‘있는 혹은 없는’ 학생 모두에게서 가장 높은 마디의 생활사건은 전문계 여학생들은 ‘가정의 경제적 어려움’, 인문계고의 경우 ‘부모와의 심한 마찰’ 경험이었다.

영문 초록

This research is a descriptive study that attempts to reduce the suicide rate of high school students that has recently been increasing. In this research, survey was conducted on 302 specialized and 498 academic female high school students. Collected data were analyzed by using chi-square test, independent samples t-test, logistic regression analysis, and decision tree analysis. In the general characteristics and suicide-related characteristics of specialized high schools and academic high schools, there were statistically significant differences in many variables (p<.05). As the statistical techniques to predict the suicidal ideation due to stressful life event, the decision tree analysis (specialized high school students: 70.0%, academic high school students: 67.07%) was found to be higher than the logistic regression analysis (specialized high : 64.57%, academic high school students: 65.86%) in the overall degree of classification accuracy. Predicted by decision tree analysis, in the specialized high school, the highest node of stressful life events in students who do or not have suicidal ideation ‘was distressed by the economic difficulties of the family’ and in academic school student ‘was serious friction with their parents’.
