국문 초록

지방공기업에 대한 경영평가는, 지방공기업의 자율적 책임경영에 따른 경영성과를 파악하여 지방공기업의 경영을 개선하고 지역주민의 복지증진을 달성하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 고객만족도 조사는 경영평가에서 중요한 한 부분으로, 고객으로서의 지역주민에 의한 지방공기업의 서비스에 대한 평가를 경영평가에 포함시킴으로써 지방공기업으로 하여금 대국민 서비스를 관리하고 개선하도록 요구하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 지방공기업 경영평가의 고객만족도 조사모형인 PSI모형의 구조와 특성에 대해 간략히 설명한 후 PSI모형의 타당성과 신뢰성을 분석하였다. 다양한 지방공기업 사업 중에서 분석에 좋은 조건을 갖고 있는 상수도사업의 설문결과를 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 인자분석을 사용하여 살펴본 PSI모형의 타당성은 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 크론박의 알파를 사용하여 살펴본 PSI모형의 신뢰성 역시 우수한 것으로 판명되었다. 따라서 PSI모형에 의한 지방공기업 고객만족도 설문조사 결과는 전반적으로 신뢰할 수 있다고 판단할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the evaluation of the management of regional public corporations is to improve the management of regional public corporations and to promote the welfare of local residents by identifying business performance of regional public corporations. Customer satisfaction is an important part in the evaluation. In this paper, the PSI model for the customer satisfaction of local regional public corporations management was briefly explained and then the validity and reliability of the PSI model was analyzed. Since water supply service among various regional public corporations has good conditions for the data analysis, we analyzed the survey data obtained from water supply service. By factor analysis, the validity of PSI turned out to be excellent, and, using Cronbach’s alpha, the reliability of the PSI model was also proved to be excellent. Therefore, the results of the customer satisfaction surveys by the PSI model were thought to be reliable.
