여성결혼이민자의 자궁경부암 지식과 태도

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 자궁경부암에 대한 지식과 태도를 파악하여 자궁경부암의 조기발견 및 예방증진을 위한 간호중재의 기초자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 본 연구는 경상남도 J, C, G시에 거주하는 이주 3년 이상 된 필리핀, 베트남, 캄보디아출신의 여성결혼이민자 223명을 대상으로 하였다. 자궁경부암 지식의 문항별 정답률은 53.6%이었으며, 평균점수는 11.53±2.55점이었다. 자궁경부암 태도점수는 평균평점 3.67±0.57점이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 자궁경부암 지식은 연령, 원ㆍ국적, 배우자의 연령에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고 자궁경부암 태도는 연령, 원 국적, 본인의 직업, 의료보장의 종류에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대상자의 건강관련 특성에 따른 자궁경부암 지식은 운동여부, 자궁경부암 태도는 암 검진경험, 세포진 검사 수검유형에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론적으로 본 연구 대상자인 여성결혼이민자의 자궁경부암의 지식은 낮은 수준이며 자궁경부암의 태도는 비교적 긍정적이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 여성결혼이민자들에게 자궁경부암의 지식을 제공하고 스스로 자궁경부암의 예방행위를 할 수 있는 간호중재의 기초자료 및 이들의 조기검진을 높일 수 있는 방안이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to provide basic knowledge for prevention and early of cervical cancer detection of the knowledge and attitude of cervical cancer in married immigrant women. This study targets 223 married immigrant women have lived in a J city. The average score of the knowledge of cervical cancer is 11.53 (±2.55). The average score of the attitude of cervical cancer was 3.67 (±0.57). The knowledge of the cervical cancer depending on general characteristics of the subjects has shown relevant significant differences regarding age, original nationality and the age of their spouse. Also the attitude of the cervical cancer has shown significant differences regarding age, original nationality, job, and the type of the medical social security. The knowledge of the cervical cancer depending on health characteristics of the subjects has shown relevant differences exercise while the attitude of the cervical cancer has shown relevant differences experience of cancer screening and pap smear screening. On the basis of this result, it is needed to provide fundamental knowledge of nursing intervention and specific plans to increase cervical cancer screening behaviors for married immigrant women to prevent the disease themselves.
