관광영향이 관광수용태도와 관광개발태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 강릉지역주민을 대상으로 관광영향문항을 조사하여 관광영향요인을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 관광수용태도와 관광개발태도에 미치는 영향정도를 알아보는데 있다. 연구분석방법으로 요인분석과 다중회귀분석을 활용하였다. 요인분석에서는 관광영향 12문항을 적용하여 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석결과에서 관광영향요인으로 긍정적 사회문화영향, 부정적 사회문화영향, 부정적 환경영향, 긍정적 경제영향으로 4개 요인이 추출되었고, 관광영향요인이 지역주민의 관광수용태도에 미치는 영향정도를 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 관광영향요인 중 긍정적 사회문화영향, 긍정적 경제영향이 관광수용태도에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이중 가장 높은 영향력을 나타낸 것은 표준화회귀계수가(β)가 -.158, t값이 -3.069(p<0.05)인 긍정적 사회문화영향이었다. 따라서 관광영향이 관광수용태도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 부분적으로 채택되었다. 관광영향요인이 지역주민의 관광개발태도에 미치는 영향정도를 다중회귀분석한 결과에서는 관광영향요인 중 긍정적 경제영향과 긍정적 사회문화영향이 관광개발태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이중 가장 높은 영향력을 나타낸 것은 표준화회귀계수가(β)가 .192, t값이 3.791 (p<0.001)인 긍정적 경제영향 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 관광영향이 관광개발태도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 부분적으로 채택되었다. 연구결론에서는 결과를 바탕으로 향후 강릉지역에서 관광으로 인한 관광영향의 부정적 태도를 최소화하기 위한 방안들을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study were to draw the factors of tourism impacts and examine the relationship between tourism impacts factors and the attitude of tourism acceptance and tourism development. For this two hypotheses were suggested. Factor and regression analysis were applied. Through factor analysis, four factors of tourism impact were draw: positive social and cultural impact, negative social and cultural impact, negative environmental impact, and positive economic impacts. In regression analysis the influencing factors to attitude of tourism acceptance were positive social and cultural impact and positive economic impacts. Among four factors of tourism impacts, the most influential factor to attitude of tourism acceptance was negative social and cultural impact, showing -.158 in β, and t-value of -3.069 (p<0.05). The influencing factors to attitude of tourism development were positive economic impacts and social and cultural impact. Among four factors of tourism impacts, the most influential factor to attitude of tourism development was positive economic impacts, showing β of .192 and t-value of 3.791 (p<0.001). Therefore, two hypotheses were partly accepted. In conclusion the recommendations to reduce negative tourism impacts were suggested.
