부산지역 S 중학생의 건강행위 예측 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생의 건강지식, 건강태도, 건강행위의 정도를 파악하고 건강행위의 예측 요인을 분석하여 중학생의 바람직한 건강행위를 도모하기 위한 프로그램 개발에 활용할 근거를 마련하고자 시도하였다. 연구대상은 부산지역 S 중학교에서 1년간 보건교육을 받은 2학년 학생 전체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 건강지식은 15.36±3.94점, 건강태도는 66.27±7.02점, 건강행위는 69.25±8.61의 점수분포를 보였다. 대상자의 건강행위 예측 요인은 건강태도, 학교생활 만족도 순으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 31.7%였다. 즉 건강태도가 좋을수록, 학교생활 만족도가 높을수록 건강행위를 잘 실천하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중학생의 바람직한 건강행위를 유도하기 위해서 이들 예측 요인들을 고려한 보건교육과 건강증진 프로그램을 개발할 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study was done to identify the levels of health knowledge, health attitude, health behavior and to identify the factors influencing health behavior for middle school students (N=204) who agreed to participate in the study. A self-report survey was conducted with 2nd grade students in middle school. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 19.0 program. The health knowledge score was 15.36±3.94, the health attitude score was 66.27±7.02, the health behavior score was 69.25±8.61. The results of this study, there was significantly difference in health behavior according to mother’s educational background, family affluence, perceived health status, academic achievement, satisfaction with school life. A multivariate approach showed that predictors explained 31.7% of variance in health behavior. Significant predictors of health behavior were health attitude (β=.393), satisfaction with school life (β=.186), The findings suggest that health education and health promotion program should involve these predictors to induce resonable health behavior of middle school students.
