부산신항 항만배후단지 활성화를 위한 내외적요인 분석연구

국문 초록

21세기 동북아 경제의 허브국가를 지향하는 우리나라에서 볼 때 국제 경쟁력을 갖춘 항만물류산업이야 말로 국가 경쟁력 향상의 중추적 기능을 수행하는 중요요인 될 것이다. 더불어 항만의 기능에 있어서도 단순물류의 수출ㆍ입 기능에 그치는 것이 아니라 첨단복합물류서비스를 제공하는 배후부지의 개발에 특화된 기능의 도입이 필요하다. 이에 부산신항 항만배후단지의 활성화를 위한 내외적요인에 있어 AHP(analysis hierarchy process)분석을 통하여 보다 효과적이고 실질적인 개발방향을 알아보고자 한다. 분석결과 내적요인에 있어서는 접근성(29.8%), 인센티브/제도적지원(28.6%), 분양가(18.7%)의 순으로 외적요인에서는 항만이용 비용(29.7%), 항만이용 편리성(23.2%), 항만인지도(18.9%)의 순으로 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 항만배후단지의 활성화를 위해서는 하드웨어적인 부분과 동시에 소프트웨어 부분에 대한 균형적인 개발과 관리가 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

The seen from country that intend to Northeast Asian economic hub of the 21st century, view in the international competitiveness, says Logistics Industry s competitiveness, the central functions will become an important factor. As for the features with a simple port of the export logistics. Input features, rather than stopping to offer logistics services to high-tech composite port-hinterland whether the introduction of specific features of the development is required. And just for the activation of inner & outer factor of Busan New Harbor port-hinterland activation AHP(analysis hierarchy process) analysis through the development of more effective and practical to investigate the direction. Accessibility analysis comes to inner factors accessibility(29.8%), incentives/ system support(28.6%), sales price(18.7%), in the outer factors cost of port usage(29.7%), convenience of usage(23.2%), reputation of port(18.9%) were higher in the order of importance. Therefore, a port just to the activation of both the hardware part and software part of the development and management will need a balanced approach.
