로그정규풍속모형에 의한 풍력자원특성의 추론 및 응용에 관한 연구

국문 초록

풍력자원의 특성에 대한 정확한 정보는 풍력에너지 개발과 관련된 모든 프로젝트의 효율적인 기획과 실행에 필수조건이다. 본 논문은 지역별 풍력자원의 특성을 계량화하는데 필요한 평균풍력에너지밀도, 풍력에너지합, 최대풍력풍속 등을 통계적모형 하에서 계산하고, 그 값들을 추론하는 방법에 대한 연구이다. 이를 위해 풍속모형을 와이블과 로그정규모형으로 설정하고, 각 모형으로부터 유도되는 풍력자원특성에 관련된 값들을 계산하여 대비시켰으며, 특성값들의 추론에 필요한 풍력에너지통계를 제시하였다. 응용 예로 국내 77개 기상관측소의 TMY(typical meteorological year) 바람자료를 사용하여, 77개 지역의 풍속모형을 Kolmogorov-Smirnov 검정에 의해 설정하였고, 적합된 로그정규풍속모형으로부터 얻은 풍력자원통계를 통해 각 지역의 풍력자원의 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 풍력자원통계 추정값과 실제 관측된 값의 비교 분석을 통해 본 논문에서 제안된 통계적 방법의 유용성을 보였다.

영문 초록

It is clear that a correct information about characteristics of the wind resources is essential to an efficient planning and implementation of any project concerning the development of the wind energy. This article studies how to calculate the characteristics of a regional wind resource (such as mean wind energy density, total wind energy, wind speed for the maximum energy) under a statistical model and to develop their inference method. To this end, we introduce Weibull and Log-normal model as the wind models and contrast the characteristics derived from each model. Then we provide wind energy statistics to estimate the characteristics along with their inference method. As an application, we obtained the statistical wind models for the 77 weather station areas based on TMY(typical meteorological year) wind data, and then provide wind energy statistics to estimate and analyze the wind energy characteristics of the wind resources of the 77 areas. Moreover, the usefulness of all the statistical methods suggested in this paper are examined by comparing the true measurements with the corresponding values estimated by the statistical methods suggested in this paper.
