국지기후변화 평가를 위한 군집분석 방법의 타당성 연구

국문 초록

본 논문은 댐 건설에서 일어나는 국지기후변화의 잠재적인 영향평가를 위한 통계적 방법의 연구이다. 충주댐을 사례로 계층적 군집분석을 이용하여 국지기후변화 영향을 평가하고 그 방법의 타당성을 검토하였다. 충주댐 건설전의 기상자료를 사용하여 군집분석한 결과, 충주와 비슷한 기상변화를 가지는 참조지점들을 선택하였다. 충주 기상대 위치 변경을 고려해 기상변화를 분석했을 시 충주댐 건설 후 충주는 참조 지점에 비해 겨울철 최저기온이 상승했으며, 연평균 안개일수도 증가하였다. 이는 겨울철에 충주댐이 열원 및 수증기원의 역할을 하여 댐 건설의 영향으로 파악된다. 그러므로 군집분석은 국토개발로 인하여 나타나는 국지적 기후변화평가를 위하여 효과적인 방법이라 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This paper studies the statistical method for evaluating the potential impact of the local-scale land use change in the construction of the dam. In this study, hierarchical cluster analyses were used to analyze the local-scale climate changes by the construction of the Chungju multipurpose dam and this method s feasibility is also considered. Through the cluster analyses using the meteorological data in pre-construction, reference sites had similar change in the weather were selected. After the construction of the Chungju dam considering Chungju weather station relocation, it had considerable differences that Chungju s winter minimum temperature and yearly mean foggy days increased when compared to reference sites. It was assumed that impact of the dam construction due to the Chungju dam, which acted as a heat storage and vapor. It was seen that cluster analysis method used the land development was effective to rule out local-scale spatial and temporal climate impacts.
