협력적 필터링에서 응답분포와 추천순위에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 논문에서는 협력적 필터링 추천시스템에서 응답자의 응답분포가 MAE와 Top N과의 관련성에 관한 연구를 하였다. 응답자의 응답분포는 이미 사전에 알고 있는 정보이다. 응답분포에 관련된 통계적인 수치인 여러 가지 사전 정보와 MAE, Top N의 구체적인 관련성을 분석하였다. 사전 정보 중 관련이 있다고 분석되는 응답분포의 표준편차와 응답값과 예측값의 순위상관계수에 의해 MAE, Top N의 구체적인 관계를 연구하였다. 그리고 표준편차와 순위상관계수를 크기순으로 나눈 후 나누어진 집단들에 대한 선호도 평가치의 특성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 표준편차가 작고 순위상관계수가 높은 집단에서 MAE의 값이 적게 나타났다. 이 결과로부터 선호도 평가값의 범위가 좁을수록 추천순위가 높을수록 추천시스템의 예측오차가 적음을 알 수 있다. 또한 표준편차가 작고 순위상관계수가 높은 집단에서 Top N의 정확도 값이 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 따라 서 표준편차가 작고 순위상관계수가 높은 집단의 예측순위가 추첨시스템의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있으며 예측오차도 적어 고객들에게 더 좋은 추천정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper study the distribution of response in recommender systems influence MAE and Top N. The distribution of response is known. We analyze the relation of the various pre-information about distribution of response and MAE and Top N. We study the relation of the standard deviation for distribution of response that analyzed relationship with pre-information and MAE and Top N by rank correlation coefficient of response value and prediction value. After we split standard deviation and rank correlation coefficient according to size, we analyze the characteristics of preference ratings on the split groups. The analysis show the value of MAE in the group of lower standard deviation and of higher rank correlation coefficient is small. The narrower preference ratings scope, the higher rank of recommendation, the smaller MAE value. Also, we know that the value of Top N become higher in the group of lower standard deviation and higher rank correlation coefficient. Hence, the accuracy of rank prediction in the group of the value of lower standard deviation and of higher rank correlation coefficient improve the performance and has small MAE. Therefore, it provide the better information of recommendation to clients.
