국문 초록

본 연구는 기혼 여성의 결혼 전 건강검진 이행을 예측하는 요인을 찾아내어 실효성 있는 모자보건프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 기혼 여성 총 101명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, χ²-test, Fisher’s exact test, t-test, 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 통계처리하였다. 전체 대상자의 27.7%가 결혼 전 건강검진을 받았으며, 결혼 전 건강검진에 대해 들어 본 경험(p=.003)과들은 시기(p<.001)에 따라 결혼 전 건강검진 이행정도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 주관적 규범이 낮을수록(p=.048), 행위통제를 적게 인식할수록(p=.001) 통계적으로 유의하게 결혼 전건강검진을 더 많이 이행하였다. 기혼 여성의 결혼 전 건강검진의 이행 예측요인을 분석한 결과결혼 전 건강검진에 대해 들어본 경험이 한 번씩 증가할 때마다 결혼 전 건강검진을 이행할 확률이 6.448배 더 높아졌고, 행위통제지각이 한 단위 증가할 때 검진이행이 약 28%씩 감소하는것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate predictors of the compliance of premarital health examination among married women. Data were collected from 101 married women who had visited in public health center and worked in banks in B city. The data were analyzed by frequency, percent, mean, χ²-test, Fisher’s exact test, t-test, and logistic regression analysis using SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The subjects who had premarital heath examination were 27.7%. Experience of hearing premarital heath examination, time of hearing premarital health examination, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control had significant differences in compliance of premarital health examination among married women. The significant predictors of compliance of premarital health examination were experience of hearing premarital heath examination (OR:6.444) and perceived behavioral control(OR:0.723). These finding suggested that counseling and intervention programs for premarital health examination need to be developed.
