국문 초록

멱등할당(power allocation)은 절사법과 더불어 사업체 조사에서 흔히 이용되는 표본설계 방법 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 표본조사를 사용하여 전국의 공장용지 추정 문제를 다루었다. 표본설계는 멱등할당 방법을 사용하였으며, 종사자 수 5인 미만의 사업체는 절사되었다. 표본조사 결과 공장용지에 대한 수요가 매년 꾸준히 존재하며, 향후 지속적으로 상승하리라 예상되었다. 지역별 공장용지 상승 폭이 가장 큰 지역은 충청지역으로 예상되었다. 한편, 미래 수요에 대한 보다 정확한 예측을 위해서는 표본조사와 통계적 모형과의 융합을 고려하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Power allocation sampling design is one of the frequently used sampling method along with the cut-off sampling design for workplace survey. In this paper, we considered the problems of estimate the gross areas of factory site relating to the areas of industrial complexes lands based on sampling survey. We eliminated the industrial workplaces on the sampling frame with under 5 employees, and estimate the gross areas of factory site based on power allocation sampling method. Following the sampling survey, the demands for the area of factory site are insistent, and the factory sites areas are expected to upwards over every year, especially in Chonchung province case, the demands are rising faster than other provinces. On the other hand, to the better prediction for the areas of factory site, we have need to do compound the statistical forecasting model into the results the sampling survey.
