국문 초록

국내 의류산업을 고부가가치를 창출하는 패션산업으로 성장할 수 있는 잠재력을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해 우리나라 패션기업의 근무여건에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 패션기업 종사자들의 인구통계적요인과 근무여건의 관계를 분석 진단한다. 나아가 회사만족도 중 승진기회가 근무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아본다. 직무특성과 직무자체만족도의 관계에서는 직무다양성, 직무중요성, 직무자율성의 요인이 직무자체 만족도에 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무가 다양하고 중요성과 자율성이 높아질수록 근무만족도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 회사생활에 있어 회사에 대한 자긍심과 충성심이 높아질수록 동료만족도가 높아진다는 것도 알 수 있다. 주요용어 : 패션기업, 근무만족도, 직무다양성, 승진기회, 근무여건, 인구통계적 특성.

영문 초록

This study aims to figure out the relation between the demographic characteristics and job satisfaction of those who work at fashion companies. The subject of this study is those who work at fashion companies beyond the small and medium sized businesses and designer brand employees in Busan. It was used SPSS/WIN 10.0 to analyze the data for this study. The job satisfaction was found to increase in proportion to the satisfaction with the job itself, the senior official, wage and colleagues, which increases along with the level of post. The job satisfaction was found to be proportional to the level of work specialization, satisfaction with the company and welfare. The job satisfaction and the performance would improve if the work environment for employees is made better by making their works more diverse and discretionary to ensure a successful growth of fashion companies.
