국문 초록

전염병의 시간에 따른 환자수에 관한 통계학적 연구에 비선형 회귀식으로 표현되는 SIR (susceptible-infectives-recovered) 모형이 이용된다. 본 연구는 한국의 말라리아, 신증후군출혈열, 홍역자료에 이 모형을 적용하여 기존 현상을 설명하고 미래를 예측하고자 한다. 각 자료에 대하여 최소제곱법으로 비선형 회귀식에 포함된 모수를 추정하였다. 말라리아와 신증후군출혈열은 주기가 약 9달 20일 정도였고 홍역은 약 6년 3개월 정도였다. 이러한 주기를 따른다면 말라리아와 신증후군출혈열은 매년 여름과 늦가을에, 홍역은 2007년 중에 유행할 것으로 예측된다.

영문 초록

The statistics research according to the frequency(the number of patients) following the time of the infectious disease use the SIR(Susceptible-Infections-Recovered) model which represented non-linear regression equation. This research applies this model at a malaria, epidemic hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, measles data of Korea and try to explain existing phenomenon and to forecast the future. In each material, we estimated the parameter including non-linear regression equation using the Least Squared Estimation. we used the Error Sum of Squares for a selection criteria of the model.The cycle for malaria and epidemic hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome was for about 9 months and 20 days and the cycle for measles was for about 6 years and 3 months. if it follow such cycle, we can predict that malaria and epidemic hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome will be in a fashion every summer and late autumn. and measles will be in a fashion among 2007 years.
