국문 초록

유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경하에서 환자가 직접적으로 느낄 수는 없지만, 환자의 상태를 판단하여 고품질의 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 따라서 기술적 관점이 아닌 사용자 관점에서 고객의 요구사항을 규명하는 것은 성공적인 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 구축에 있어 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 서비스 프레임워크를 매슬로우의 욕구단계를 적용하여 제안하였다. 사용자 중심의 요구사항을 추출하기 위해 Q 방법론을 도입하였으며, 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스를 수용함에 있어 요구되는 서비스의 종류와 특성을 파악하였다. 분석 결과 4가지의 요구사항 그룹이 도출되었으며, 각각의 특성에 따라 제공되어야 할 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 종류를 나타내었다. 그 결과 본 연구는 제공되어야 할 서비스 기능들에 대한 통합과 상호연결을 통해 향후 성공적인 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 시스템을 구축하기 위한 개념적 요구사항을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

u-Healthcare services is high-quality healthcare service under the ubiquitous computing environment. In order to meet customers needs it is critical to identify some of the major requirements for user-centric not technical centric. So this study suggests and investigates the service framework of providing healthcare services to apply the theory of need hierarchy by Maslow in actual practice. Q methodology analysis is employed to analyze the types and characteristics of the acceptance of u-Healthcare services, which enables effectively to figure out the findings in user-centric requirements. 34 elderly persons were collected for a quantitative measurement. And four different types was categorized the requirements group. The results of this research enables the integration and interconnection of functions within the u-Healthcare services, and the service composition to be measured dynamically by the need hierarchy.
