고부가가치 항만물류산업 유치 우선순위 및 전략수립에 관한 연구

국문 초록

오늘날 항만은 종합산업활동기지로서 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 정보센터, 비즈니스 기능이 접목된 고부가가치 창출공간으로 변모해 가고 있다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 기존 부산항의 만성적인 체선 및 체화현상을 해소하고 동북아 중심항 구축을 위해 부산신항 개발이 추진되고 있으나, 항만의 고부가가치화를 위한 구체적인 산업 유치와 전략설정이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 AHP를 이용하여 우선적으로 유치해야 될 고부가가치 항만물류산업을 제안하는 동시에, 선정된 고부가가치 창출형 항만물류산업의 유치를 위한 전략을 제안하였다. 고부가가치 항만물류산업의 유형을 분류하였으며, SWOT분석을 통해 선정된 산업별 유치 요건 및 추진 전략을 제시하였다. 부산신항의 지리적인 이점과 우수한 IT환경을 바탕으로 한 마케팅전략을 수립하고 지역산업과 연계하여 시너지효과를 창출할 수 있게 해야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 우선적으로 유치해야 될 산업으로는 글로벌기업, 복합물류센터, 글로벌물류제조기업 등 화물 창출형 항만물류산업인 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

A container port has been playing an important role as an industrial base which has synthetic function, as well as a function of pier. And a container port has made remarkable progress toward a higher value-added space with information, business, and vital functions recently. Moreover, shipping environment has undergone some major changes like containership size, structure of port, and operating system of terminal during the past several years. On the other hand, Busan Port has been competing with other ports for Hub Port, and constructing a Busan New Port for improvement of position in Northeast Asia. But there are a lots of difficulties concern about mapping out a strategy which reflects the current state, due to lack of studies and recognition for port logistics industry. This study analyses the current state of port logistics industry in Busan New Port and suggest promotion strategy based on the estimating priority for inviting port logistics industries by AHP and SWOT analysis. In this Paper, we presented what is a higher value-added business in case of Busan New Port, what do we have to do for attracting the business.
