스포츠센터의 스포츠 수요 만족을 위한 효율적 경영관리

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산, 울산 시내의 스포츠센터에서 스포츠 활동에 참가하는 스포츠센터 회원431명과 스포츠센터 종사자 230명을 대상으로 스포츠센터에 대한 정보경로, 이용목적, 교통수단, 요구사항에 대한 인식의 차이를 분석하여 스포츠센터를 효과적으로 운영하고 소비자의 욕구와 특성을 파악할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하고자 실시하였다. 빈도분석과 인식도 및 만족도에 대한 차이를 알아보기 위한 교차분석을 실시한 결론은 스포츠센터 회원과 종사자의 스포츠센터에 대한 정보를 얻는 경로에서는 회원들은 스포츠센터에서 직접정보를 얻고 있다가 가장 높은 반면, 종사자들은 회원들이 인편(가족, 친지)등에 의해서 스포츠센터에 대한 정보를 얻는다가 가장 높았다. 그리고 이용목적에 대한 분석에서는 스포츠센터 회원과 종사자 모두 건강유지 및 증진이 스포츠센터를 이용하게 되는 목적으로 가장 높았으며, 스포츠센터 이용시 교통수단에 대한 분석에서도 스포츠센터 회원과 종사자 모두 자가용의 이용이 스포츠센터를 이용할 때의 교통수단으로 가장 많이 이용하고 있었다. 요구사항에 대한 분석에서는 스포츠센터 회원은 편의시설확충에서 가장 높았고, 종사자는 좋은 운동환경에서 가장 높았다.

영문 초록

This research was conducted for the purpose like the following by the subject of 431 memberships and 230 staffs who took part in sports activities in the city of Busan or Ulsan : that was to analyze the difference of recognition of information course, utility purpose, transportation, demand items about sports center, thus to operate sports center effectively and to arrange the basic data to be able to grasp the desires and characteristics of consumers.The cross analysis to inquire frequence and differences about the degree of recognition and satisfaction was practiced, and the result showed that most of memberships, in the course of getting information about sports center, were getting it directly in the center, while most staffs by means of somebody-family, relatives and etc. And the result of comparative analysis regarding utility purpose demonstrated that both memberships and staffs utilized sports center for the management and promotion of their health. Also the result of comparative analysis about transportation demonstrated that most of people utilized their cars while they went to the center. The result of comparative analysis about demand items showed that memberships demanded convenience facility expansion strongly, while staffs wanted a moderate exercise environment.
