관광레저형 기업도시건설의 실현가능성 분석

국문 초록

본 논문은 관광레저형 기업도시 건설에 따른 지역균형발전과 지속가능한 개발의 실현여부에 대한 영향관계를 분석한 연구이다. 실증조사를 위하여 부산시에 거주하는 140명의 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 우선 회수된 설문을 바탕으로 관광레저형 기업도시 건설에 따른 지역균형발전, 지속가능한 개발, 실현가능성에 대한 설문의 일관성과 타당성을 알아보기 위해 요인분석을 하였다.다음으로 지역균형 발전과 지속가능한 개발이 관광레저형 기업도시건설의 실현가능성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 가설을 설정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 지역균형발전이 지속가능한 개발을 위해서는 관광컨벤션산업과의 부합성과 자연환경의 친화성이 고려되어야 하며, 또한 복합기능 시설을 갖춘 민간기업의 유치와 지가관리를 통해 자족도시로의 발전이 가능한 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉 지역균형발전을 통해 지속가능한 관광레저형 기업도시 건설과 나아가 관광레저형 기업도시로서의 실현 또한 가능하다고 분석되었다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on the influence relationship of the tourism-leisure city project with the achievement of balanced regional growth and sustainable development. I conducted a questionnaire survey of 140 specialists living in Busan for actual research. First I analyzed the primary element to find consistency and validity of the survey about feasibility of balanced regional growth and sustainable development the project would bring about on the basis of the collected questionnaire papers. Next I made and analyzed an assumption to know about the influence relationship of the project with the achievement. As a result, I came to know that correspondence of the project with tourism-convention industry and harmony of it with natural environment had to be considered to boost balanced regional growth and sustainable development, and the city with the project can advance to a self-sufficient city by attracting private corporations with facilities of mixed functions and controlling land prices: namely, it was analyzed that the sustainable tourism-leisure city could be constructed and moreover realized through balanced regional development. Accordingly this study has a meaning in suggesting the feasibility of constructing the tourism-leisure city by having a thorough grasp on the characteristics of balanced regional development and sustainable development caused by the tourism-leisure city project.
