시내버스 정보의 서비스 수준 및 평가모델 개발

국문 초록

시내버스 정보는 시내버스 이용자의 통행 전반에 있어서 중요한 요소로 이용자 중심으로 정보 서비스를 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 GAP, IPA, 구조방정식을 이용한 시내버스 정보의 서비스 수준에 대한 이용자 평가모델을 개발하였다. 시내버스정보 22개 서비스 항목에 대한 GAP 구축에서는 GAP이 높은 항목으로 정보화 등을 통한 실제 시내버스 운행에 관련된 정보와 시내버스 운행 기본 정보가 포함되어 있으며, 개별 서비스 항목과 인자분석에 의한 IPA 결과는 우선시정이 필요한 항목으로 버스정보시스템(BIS) 제공 정보 등 동적 교통정보 제공 항목과 정류장 및 시내버스이용 정보와 정류장 고정 시설물 이용 가능 정보가 우선시정이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 구조방정식에 의한 시내버스정보 서비스 평가모델은 적합도가 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 시내버스 정보서비스 전체 만족도에는 시내버스 정보이용 만족보다는 시내버스 정보서비스 만족이 상대적으로 영향을 많이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 시내버스 정보서비스 전체 만족도가 낮을수록, 시내버스 정보 필요성에 대해 높게 요구하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

It is necessary to improve urban bus information service for user-focused environment because urban bus information is an important factor over passenger s travel chain. This study analyzed user s evaluation model for the level of service from urban bus information using GAP analysis, IPA, and structural equation model. GAP analysis utilized twenty-two measures for urban bus information, and resulted into the significant differences for two measures such as the scheduled information of bus operation, the actual information of urban bus information. IPA analysis using individual measures and factor analysis showed that there is a need to improve the BIS(bus information system) information including dynamic traffic, bus-stop and bus use, fixed facilities at bus-stop. The estimation result for structural equation model suggested that satisfaction for bus information service is affecting overall satisfaction on urban bus information more significantly than the satisfaction of information use. The lower overall satisfaction on urban bus information, the higher the need for overall satisfaction.
