미취업 여성의 직업가치관 유형별 특성 및 취업 장애요인

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 울산지역 미취업 여성 500명을 대상으로 직업가치관 유형을 밝혀 유형별 특성을 살펴보고, 유형별 취업 장애요인을 분석하였다. 자료의 처리는 SPSS WIN 12.0k를 이용하여 빈도분석, k-평균 군집분석, 교차분석, one-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 미취업 여성의 직업가치관 유형은 직업가치 고관여형(24,6%), 경제지향형(24.4%), 직업가치 저관여형(22.6%), 내재적 직업가치지향형(28.4%) 등 4개 집단으로 추출되었다. 둘째, 직업가치관 유형별 인구통계적 특성을 분석한 결과 직업가치 고관여형과 내재적 직업가치지향형은 20대, 경제지향형은 40대, 직업가치 저관여형은 30대가 많이 분포되어 있었다. 월평균 가계소득은 경제지향형과 직업가치 저관여형이 300 400만원 미만, 직업가치 고관여형과 내재적 직업가치지향형은 200 300만원 미만이 가장 많았다. 셋째, 직업가치관 유형별 직업관련 특성을 분석한 결과 4개 유형 모두 과거 취업한 경험이 있었다. 퇴사 이유로 직업가치 고관여형은 육아 및 자녀교육 문제, 경제지향형은 계약완료 및 해고, 직업가치 저관여형과 내재적 직업가치지향형은 직장과 가사 병행의 어려움을 가장 큰 요인으로 꼽았다. 넷째, 직업가치관 유형별 취업 장애요인으로 4개 유형 모두가 지역 산업의 구조상 여성인력의 수요가 적음을 지적하였다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed to determine types of job values which is searched by 500 unemployed women in Ulsan, to study characteristics of each type, and to analyze obstacles of each type. SPSS WIN 12.0k was used for data processing to do frequency analysis, k-mean cluster analysis, crosstabs, and one-way ANOVA. According to findings, first of all, unemployed women s types of job values are divided into 4 groups; a type of high involvement in job values(24.6%), a type of economic oriented(24.4%), a type of low involvement in job values(22.6%), and a type of intensional job values oriented(28.4%). Secondly, analysis of demographic characteristics of types of job values shows that people in their twenties are distributed much in a type of high involvement in job values and a type of intensional job values oriented, people in their forties are much in a type of economic oriented, and people in their thirties are much in a type of low involvement in job values. As for an average of household income a month, the most people in a type of economic oriented and a type of low involvement in job values make money under 3~4 million won, and a type of high involvement in job values and a type of intensional job values oriented do under 2~3 million won. Thirdly, most women in all types of job values had been employed. As a reason to leave the company, for a type of high involvement in job values, child care and children education problem are the most difficult factors, for a type of economic oriented completed contract and dismissal, and for a type of low involvement in job values and a type of intensional job values oriented the difficulty of carrying out work and family cares side by side. Forth, as for an obstacle to employment of types of job values, all types indicate that the demand of women resources is poor under local industrial structure.
