영문 초록

Since the turn of the century in the past 80 years, the Chinese-Japanese business venture has developed in an exponential rate; both economies complement and depend on the other’s mutual success. With regards to the trade aspect, China is the main exporter of labor-intensified products and Japan mainly exports technological products. With regards to investments, the major investor is from Japan towards China; however, throughout the recent development of the Chinese economic boom, China has begun investing into Japan. Due to Japanese investment into the Chinese economy, that is also one of the primary reasons for their consistent economic growth. Furthermore, the emergence of Chinese investment into the Japanese economy will have a similar effect towards the Chinese economic growth. In this article, from the theoretical and practical analysis of Chinese enterprise, the next article will be the analysis how Chinese investment towards Japan will in the initial struggles and development stages. How to choose which country to invest is an important thing. About the motive of the overseas advance of the company、Alexander explains from the angle of an investment country and the cover investment country, by using five factors to explain. These are the political factor, the economic factor, the social factor, the culture factor, and the structural factor. Fundamentally, if the general environment of the investment country is not attractive, and if the environment of the cover investment country is attractive, entering the country considered. The author regards the financial resources of the company managers as important; thinks in particular that ability of the manager decides where an overseas advance is. It is thought that advancing into a country is finally controlled by sales and profit the basic thing is important whether you reduce o you extend investment after having gone. Alexander said the motive for advancing into a country investment in your own country and country you are going into is considered and the five factors. Using such an explanation I want to say how to advance overseas and the point I should be careful about is the case of the invitation of foreign capital of the company. Furthermore, I add to it and inspect the independent factors of the company.
