흡연자의 전자담배에 대한 인식, 태도 및 만족도에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 흡연자의 전자담배 인식, 태도 및 만족에 대한 연구를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 자료는 2019년 3월 20일부터 4월 2일까지 대전지역의 흡연자 482명으로부터 수집되었으며 수집된 자료는 -test, t­test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 다중 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 흡연자의 전자담배 인식수준, 태도 및 만족도는 에서는 연령, 직종, 자녀유무, 흡연기간, 금연교육여부, 흡연시기, 흡연량, 전자담배 사용동기, 대인관계, 사회생활 만족도 등에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 전자담배에 대한 인식, 부정적 태도, 긍정적 태도, 만족도의 상관관계에서는 전자담배에 대한 인식과 부정적·긍정적 태도, 인식과 전자담배 사용 후 만족도, 전자담배에 대한 긍정적 태도와 전자담배 사용 후 만족도 등에서 상관관계를 보였고, 전자담배 사용 후의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 결과로는 전자담배의 장점에 대한 인식이 유의한 변수로 나타났다. 따라서 정부는 국민들의 건강을 위해 논란이 되는 전자담배 안정성에 대해서 빠른 시일 내에 조사하여 기준을 만들고, 극단적인 금연 정책보다는 단계적인 금연 교육, 금연 상담, 금연에 대한 지원과 금연 성공에 대한 보상과 관련된 정책을 더욱 확산시킬 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the study of smoker s electronic cigarette perception, attitude and satisfaction. Collected from 482 smokers in Daejeon from March 20 to April 2, 2019, the collected data were analyzed by - test, t- test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. There were significant differences in smokers awareness level, attitude, and satisfaction in age, occupation, parental status, smoking period, smoking cessation education, smoking period, smoking amount, motivation for using electronic cigarette, interpersonal relationship, and social life. Correlation between the perception of tobacco, negative attitude, positive attitude, and satisfaction is related to the perception of e-cigarette and negative / positive attitude, satisfaction after recognition and use of electronic cigarette, positive attitude toward e-cigarette and satisfaction after electronic cigarette use As a result of factor analysis affecting the satisfaction after using e-cigarette, recognition of the merits of electronic cigarette was a significant variable. Therefore, the government will soon establish the standards for controversial electronic cigarette stability for the health of the public and establish standards, and will not be related to the cessation of smoking cessation education, smoking cessation counseling, support for smoking cessation and compensation for success. Policy needs to spread further.
