국문 초록

본 연구는 지구온난화, 도시화 등으로 인해 해를 거듭할수록 늘어나는 자연재해의 피해에 대해 지역과의 연관성을 확인하고 통계적 모형을 이용하여 자연재해에 따른 지역별 피해 정도를 파악하고자 한다. 1994년 2월부터 2015년 12월까지 지역별로 다양한 자연재해가 발생하였으며 재해별 피해액의 특성을 살펴보면 해당 재해로 인한 피해액은 0 또는 양수의 값을 가지는 특징이 있다. 본 연구에서는 자료의 특성에 맞게 대응분석을 통해 지역과 재해종류간의 연관성을 확인하였으며 영과잉 복합포아송 모형을 이용하여 다양한 종류의 피해액에 대해 지역별, 재해종류 별 차이를 확인하였다. 특히, 피해액 자료에 대해 재해 발생지역, 재해종류 변수를 활용하여 대응분석을 통해 재해의 종류와 피해액과의 관계를 지역적으로 파악하여 지역별로 어떤 피해에 취약한지 확인하고 영과잉 복합포아송 모형을 적용해 각 지역별 재해의 취약성에 대해 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구의 결과는 국가와 지방자치단체는 재난피해액과 재해종류와의 관계를 통해 지방자치단체 별로 재해방지대책 마련의 우선순위 결정 등에 활용할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the correlation between natural disasters damages and regions. So used to determine the extent of damages by region due to natural disasters caused by global warming and urbanization. Various natural disasters occurred in each region from February 1994 to December 2015. If you look at the characteristics of the damages by disaster, the damages caused by the disasters are characterized by zero or positive values. In particular, the relationship between the type of disaster and the amount of damage is analyzed locally to identify which damage is vulnerable in each region by analyzing the relationship between the type of disaster and the type of damage. The results of zero-inflated compound Poisson model provide information on the vulnerability of disasters in each region. In this study, the correspondence analysis confirmed the relationship between the region and the type of disasters according to the characteristics of the data. The differences by region and the types of the damages were identified for the various types of damages using the zero-inflated compound Poisson model. As a result, the results of this study can be used by countries and local governments to prioritize the preparation of disaster prevention measures by local government through the relationship between amount of disaster damage and type of disasters.
