국문 초록

本稿では、より効果的な面接指導や日本就職を念頭に置いた授業設計に役立てることを大きな目的として、日本就職の面接練習を専攻科目のビジネスマナー授業に取り入れた試みに関する実践報告を行う。その中で、学生たちの「振り返りシート」と「授業評価アンケート」から授業活動の効果について考察していく。 面接練習は、釜山外国語大学校日本語学部における専攻科目「日本語IT とビジネスマナー」にて、面接マナーの授業活動として実施した。面接練習として特徴的な部分は、面接マナーの実践に重点を置いたことと、グル ープに分かれて模擬面接形式の練習を行う際、「面接者、面接官、見学者」の3役を経験することである。この活動を通して感じたことや面接の自己評価を「振り返りシート」に記述してもらい、活動の効果について探った。その結果、客観的に他者を見ることで様々な気づきが得られ、その効果が確認されると同時に学生にとって実践が難しい部分などについても見えてきた。また、学期末に実施した「授業評価アンケート」から、本授業活動が日本就職に有用であると学生達は感じていることがわかった。

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to use the results of the practice for effective interview guidance and class design in consideration of employment in Japan, and in this paper we tried to practice a job interview training to get employment in Japan at a business manner class. We examined the effects of class activities and the method of job interview instruction based “reflection sheet” and “questionnaire for class evaluation”. We practiced the interview training as a class activity of an interview manner in the subject “Japanese about IT and Business Manners” at the Department of Japanese Language in Busan University of Foreign Studies. The characteristic part of the interview training is that we put emphasis on the practice of interview manners, and students play the three roles of “interviewee, interviewer, observer” in the mock interview. We asked them to write down what they felt and the self-evaluation of the activity on “reflection sheet”, and we researched the effects of the activity. As a result, they noticed various things by looking at others objectively, and we confirmed the effects. On the other hand we also found some difficult points for students to practice. In addition, by the “questionnaire for class evaluation” at the end of the semester, we found that students felt that this class activity was useful for employment in Japan.
