국문 초록

북≪조선문학사≫의 ‘불멸의 혁명송가’는 사실의 기록일까, 혁명적 문학의 발견일까? 이 글은 혁명송가의 발견이 ‘현재’의 필요를 따라 어떻게 역사적 사실로 자리잡았는지를 추적하고자 한다. 북≪조선문학사≫는 해방 전 첫 ‘불멸의 혁명송가’로 김혁의 ｢조선의 별｣을 발견하고, 해방 후 첫 ‘불멸의 혁명송가’로 리찬의 ｢김장군의 노래｣를 굴절시켜, 북조선 문학사를 선조적 역사로 재배치한다. 즉, 이는 과거는 죽지 않는다, 과거는 언제나 현재에 의해 소환된다는 사실, 즉 북조선 권력의 문화정치적 목적에 맞게 과거가 발명된다는 것이다. 김일성을 정점으로 한 북조선 체제의 정통성이라는 문화정치적 목적에 따라 만들어진 북조선판 정전, 즉 ‘불멸의 혁명송가’는 그 기원을 추적해 보면 실상 최근의 것일 뿐만 아니라 발명된 것이다. 과거는 죽지 않는다. 과거는 언제나 현재에 의해 소환된다. 그런데 현 시점에서 북조선 체제의 정당성이라는 문화정치적 목적은 여전히 유효한가라는 의문이 든다. 북조선도 보이지 않는 포식자, 즉 김일성과 그의 가계를 정점으로 한 북조선 권력 체제가 이를 보이지 않게 하기 때문이 아닐까? 이는 물고기가 물 밖에 나오지 않는 한 포식자의 존재를 알아차릴 수 없듯이, 북조선도 북조선 체제 밖의 세계에 던져지지 않는 한 북조선 권력 체제라는 포식자의 실체를 인식할 수 없기 때문이 아닐까 하는 생각 말이다. 이는 김일성을 정점으로 한 북조선 체제가 갖는 딜레마의 일단이듯, 북≪조선문학사≫의 선조적 역사 배열 원리가 가진 딜레마의 한 부분일 것이다. 다만, 남쪽의 시선에 따른 경험과 지식에 근거한 판단이 통할 것이라는 기대는 착각일지도 모른다.

영문 초록

Are ‘the immortal revolutionary anthems’ in North Josun’s ≪The History of Josun Literature≫ records of facts or discovery of revolutionary literature? This text aims at pursuing how the discovery of the revolutionary anthems established itself as a historical fact according to the ‘present’ needs. The history has North Josun literature history rearranged as an ancestral history by discovering Hyuk Gim’s ‘Josun’s Star’ as the first ‘immortal revolutionary anthem’ before the 1945 Liberation and refracting Chan Lee’s ‘Song of General Gim’ as the first ‘immortal revolutionary anthem’ after it. Namely, it means the fact that the past does not die, that it is always called by the present, that is, that it is invented to the cultural political purpose of North Josun’s power. The North Josun version canons made according to the cultural political purpose of the orthodoxy of the North Josun system with Ilsung Gim as its apex, that is, ‘the immortal revolutionary anthems’ are actually not only recent but also invented if they are traced back to the origin. But I wonder if the cultural political purpose of the legitimacy of the North Josun system is still valid at the present point of time. Isn’t it because the North Josun power system with the unseen predator, that is, Ilsung Gim and his family line as its climax has it unseen? I wonder if it is because as the existence of the predator cannot be realized in advance as long as a fish does not come out of the water, the reality of the predator in the North Josun power system cannot be recognized as long as North Josun is not thrown to the world out of its system.
