이주여성의 결혼해체 과정에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가정의 결혼해체를 예방하고 건강한 다문화가정 육성과 자립지원을 위한 방안을 마련하기 위하여 결혼해체를 경험한 결혼이주여성 8명을 대상으로 결혼선택애서부터 결혼생활, 해체과정 그리고 해체 이후의 제반 과정을 근거이론으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 결혼이주여성들이 겪는 결혼해체 과정은 ‘절망’, ‘버티기’ 그리고 ‘저항’이라는 중심현상 을 경험하면서 시작되었다. 인과적 조건은 결혼 동기의 불안정성’, 맥락적 조건은‘기대차이’,‘불신’, ‘배제’였다. 중재적 조건은 ‘가정폭력’, ‘발목잡기’, ‘주변인’, ‘노예취급’ 그리고 ‘현실적 어려움’이었으며, 작용/상호작용 전략은‘지지체계 구축’, ‘정체성 확립’, ‘자립의지’로 이러한 전략을 통해 나타난 결과는‘희망’과 ‘혼란’이었다. 연구결과를 토대로 국제결혼을 선택 한 외국인 여성과 한국인 남성을 대상으로 혼전 교육 강화, 다문화가정의 가족단위의 상호문화이해 교육 실시, 다문화가족 사례관리 사업 확대 강화, 결혼이주여성 멘토링 사업 강화, 결혼이주여성 생애주기별 일자리 지원정책 체계화 및 일·가정양립 보육정책 실시, 주거와 의료, 상담서비스 체계화를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

To prepare a plan that prevent a divorce of multicultural family and to increase the number of health multicultural family and support their self-reliance ,this study has analysed what these eight marriage-migrant women has experienced with a ground theory that was based on their choice of marriage, marriage life, divorce process and the whole process after the divorce. The result showed us that their divorce were started as they experienced following central-condition steps; ‘despair’, ‘endurance’ and ‘resistance’. The causal condition was ‘an unstableness of marriage motivation’ and the contextual conditions were ‘a gap of expectation’, ‘distrust’, and ‘exclusion’. The mediate conditions were ‘domestic violence’, ‘strain’, ‘people around them’, ‘slave-like treatment’ and ‘practical challenges’. And the action/interaction conditions were ‘constructing a support system’, ‘establishing an identity’ and ‘will of independence’. And the result through these strategies were ‘hope’ and ‘chaos’. Based on the result of the study, following factors were proposed; tightening the fo premarital education toward both Korean man and foreign woman that chose an international marriage, enforcing the family unit education that is about understanding mutual culture, tightening the increasement of multicultural family case management service, tightening the mentoring service for marriage-migrant women, systematisation of job supporting service based on different life stages of the marriage-migrant women, enforcement of day nursery policy that coexists with work and family and systematisation of residence, medical care and counsel system.
