대학생의 비교과교육과정 및 비교과졸업인증 인식에 대한 혼합연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생과 교직원의 비교과교육과정에 대한 인식과 제고방안을 살펴보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 2017년 11월말부터 12월 중순까지 대학생과 교직원 대상으로 FGI(그룹면담)을 실시하였으며, 질적 연구를 바탕으로 설문지를 개발하여 수집·분석 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하자면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비교과 및 비교과졸업인증에 대한 대체로 비교과라는 용어에 대한 생소함과 비교과의 인식이 부재하였으며, 인식제고를 위해서는 무엇보다 비교과 초점 대상을 1,2학년에서 모든 학년으로 확대할 것과 진로·취업에 대한 비교과를 확대해 줄 것으로 제안하였다. 둘째, 비교과 및 비교과졸 업인증제 활성화를 위한 방안으로는 홍보에 대한 의견이 많았으며 연수, SNS, 브로셔 등과 비교과 알리미, 멘토를 활용한 홍보를 제안하였다. 셋째, 비교과에 대한 요구도는 재학생의 경우 체험부스, 행사를 통한 홍보, 학교포털 비교과 메뉴 보완 등의 요 구도 우선순위에 있었으며, 교직원의 경우 비교과 활동실 이용대상자의 범위를 전 학 년으로 확대 및 재학생과 마찬가지로 비교과 메뉴 보완, 행사를 통한 홍보, 비교과 알리미 선발 등이 우선순위로 도출되었다. 마지막으로 비교과 졸업인증에 대한 요구도는 재학생과 교직원 모두 신입생 O.T를 활용하여 교육하는 것과, 온라인 홍보 등을 제안하였다. 특히 교직원의 경우 융통적인 비교과 졸업 인증제, RC 멘토 대상 인증제 교육이 우선순위에 도출되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the extra-curricular aspects of college students and faculty members. For this purpose, FGI (Focus Group Interview) was conducted for college students and faculty members during November through December in 2017 and questionnaires were developed and collected based on the qualitative research. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the term extra-curricular is unfamiliar and that there is no recognition of the need for extra-curricular. In order to raise perception, it is important to extend the extra-curricular focus from 1.2 grade to all grades as well as extending the extra-curricular focusing career development. Second, it needed to use public relation such as SNS, traditional publicity (banner, brochure, university newspaper etc.) And other promoters using supporters and mentors. Third, the need for extra-curricular was also a priority in the case of students, such as experience booths, promotion through events, and supplementing the extra-curricular menu of school portal. The all interviewee wanted the scope of the extra-curricular activity room was extended to all the grades and the extra-curricular menu was supplemented in the case of the current students, and publicity through the event and selection of reminders were prioritized. Finally, all interviewee demanded that the certificate of extra-curricular be taught using the freshman O.T, and suggested online promotion. In particular, a flexible certificate of extra-curricular operation and RC mentor certification education were prioritized.
