국문 초록

귀금속 장신구 제조 산업은 고도의 가공기술이 요구되는 노동 집약형 산업으로 다양한 디자인 개발과 최신의 디지털 제조기술을 활용한 기술 집약형 산업으로 변화를 꾀하고 있다. 그러나 귀금속 장신구 제조 관련 업체의 영세성으로 인하여 현재까지는 기능인의 숙련도에 따라 제품의 품질과 생산성이 결정되는 구조이다. 본 연구는 조형적 가치를 우선으로 하는 일품 공예가 아닌 산업 장신구 제품의 생산성과 경제적 합리성을 바탕으로 균일한 품질의 지속적 생산이 가능하도록 제작 데이터 구축과 분석을 통해 향후 디자인 개발 및 원본 제작에 필요한 참고 자료로 활용하고자 함이다. 본 연구를 위해 현재 귀금속 장신구 시장의 대표 품목인 반지 제품을 선정하고 제작 과정에서 발생하는 완제품과 원본 간의 오차를 측정하여 원인을 분석하였다. 또한, 가장 일반적이고 다양한 방식으로 활용될 수 있는 가락지형 반지와 평 반지 같은 밴드형 반지를 선정하여 각 제작 과정별 축소율을 조사하였다. 그리고 실제 판매되는 제품을 선정하였고 다양한 표본 조사와 분석을 통해 연구 데이터의 신뢰도를 높이고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The precious metal jewelry manufacturing industry is a labor-intensive one in need of a high-degree of processing technique, and it is making an attempt at transformation into the technology-intensive industry using diverse designs development and the latest digital manufacturing technology. However, due to its small-scale property of a business related to precious metal jewelry manufacturing, its structure still remains in a structure where product quality & productivity are determined by a technician’s workmanship until the present. The purpose of this study is to address the matter on productivity of an industrial jewelry product other than nonsuch crafts giving priority to the deformative value, and to be used as the reference data for hereafter design development and original manufacturing through manufacturing data construction & analysis to make it possible for a uniform quality to be continuously produced on the basis of economic rationality. To this end, this study selected ring items which are representative of the current precious metal jewelry, and analyzed the cause of an error between a finished product and original, which appears in the manufacturing process, through error measurement. In addition, this study examined the reduction ratio by each manufacturing process by selecting a finger-ring type ring, which can be used in the most common, diverse ways, and a band-type ring like a flat(common)ring. Also, this study selected actually sold products, and intended to raise reliability in research data through the survey & analysis of diverse samples.
