온라인 학습자의 과제가치와 학습전략이 학습만족도 및 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 온라인 학습자의 과제가치와 학습전략이 학습만족도 및 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 H사이버대학의 2010학년도 1학기 재학생 278명을 대 상으로 수행되었다. 학습전략은 요인분석 결과 인지전략(조직화, 정교화, 연결하기), 시연 및 기억전략, 동료학습 및 도움요청, 시간관리, 환경관리, 노트하기, 노력관리 가 하위요소로 도출되었다. 학습전략이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 학습전략의 하위요인 중에서 인지전략(조직화, 정교화, 연결하기), 동료학습 및 도 움요청, 노트하기가 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학업성취도에 는 인지전략, 시간관리, 노트하기 전략이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 과제가치 가 학업성취도 및 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 과제가치는 학습만족 도 및 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도출된 연구결과를 바탕으로 학습전략을 강화할 수 있는 학습자중심의 온라인 학습환경 구축 전략과 과제가치를 제고할 수 있는 전략을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of learning strategies and task value on learning satisfaction and academic achievement. This study was based on a survey of 278 H cyber university students in 2010. The analysis result shows that learning strategies have impact on learning satisfaction and academic achievement. Cognitive strategies(elaborating strategies, organizing strategies, linking), rehearsal and mnemonic strategies, peer learning, time management, environment management note-taking, and effort control are elicited as factors of learning strategies. Cognitive strategies(elaborating strategies, organizing strategies, linking), peer learning, note-taking have impact on satisfaction. Cognitive strategies, time management, and note-taking have impact on academic achievement. And task value have impact on learning satisfaction and academic achievement. Based on these results, this study suggested learning strategies to improve online learners learning satisfaction and academic achievement. as well as strategies to strengthen task value. ⋆ Key words: learning strategies, task value, learning satisfaction, academic achievement.
