창의․인성교육을 위한 교사교육 모형 개발

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 창의․인성교육에 대한 이론적 검토를 토대로 교사교육의 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 기초 작업으로 창의․인성교육의 의미와 그 구성요 소를 살펴보았고 국내외에서 이루어지고 있는 창의․인성교사교육의 현황과 문제 점, 창의성 교육의 일반모형에 대해 살펴보았다. 창의․인성교육은 두 개가 독자적으로 구분되는 역할과 기능이 있으나 유기적으 로 결합된 것이라고 보았고, 국내외의 창의․인성 교사교육 실태를 살펴본 결과 교 육과정의 구체적인 표준이 없으며 평가방법이 다양화되지 못하여 연수의 효과를 구체적으로 입증하지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이론적 검토를 토대로 창의․인성 교사교육 모형의 목표를 ‘교사의 창의․인성 수업역량 증진’이라고 설정하였다. 이를 위한 교육내용은 인지적 측면과 정의적 측 면으로 나누었다. 인지적 측면에 창의․인성 개념 및 이론 이해, 창의․인성 교육과 정 이해, 창의․인성 수업방법 이해, 창의․인성 평가이해, 창의․인성 환경 조성을 선정하고 정의적 측면에 창의적 태도, 수업의지, 리더십 향상, 교사효능감 향상, 인 성요소를 선정하였다. 교육방법으로는 액션러닝, 마이크로 티칭, PBL, 토의, 강의, 모델링, 시연, 성찰과 같은 다양한 방법을 선정하였다. 평가로는 자기 평가, 동료평가, 다른 사람들에 의한 기록, 다양한 지필평가, 퀴즈, 학습결과물 평가와 같은 다양한 평가방식을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a teacher education model for creativity and character education. It is based on creativity and character education theory. In order to achieve the goal of the study, the samples of existing teacher education model for creativity and character education in and outside the country were analyzed, and the concept of creativity and character education were examined. After that, a set of teacher education models were founded and evaluated. The procedures of the models were as follows. The general objective of the model was the growth of teaching competency on creativity and character education . The contents were divided into cognitive and affective domain. Cognitive domain consisted of understanding concept and theory of creativity and character education, curriculum and teaching method, evaluation method, and constructing environment. Affective domain consisted of creative attitude, teaching willingness, leadership training, teacher efficacy, and character factor. The teaching methods of teacher education were action learning, micro-teaching, PBL, discussion, lecture, reflection, presentation, modeling and so on. The evaluation of teacher education was self-evaluation, peer-assessment, quizes, written evaluation by others, and conferences with the supervisor.
