초등학생의 자기효능감, 스트레스와 학습몰입 및 학업성취도의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학생의 자기효능감과 스트레스가 학습몰입과 학업성취도와 어떠한 관계가 있는지 탐색하고, 각 영역의 하위변인에 대한 설명력을 검증하는데 그 목적 이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 부산지역의 2개 초등학교 5, 6학년 학 생 565명을 대상으로 하여 자기효능감, 스트레스, 학습몰입 검사를 하고, 학업성취도 평가 결과를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 474명의 자료가 분석에 포함되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS(version 18.0) 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson 상관분석, 중다회귀 분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감은 학 습몰입과 학업성취도에 유의미한 정적상관을 보였다. 그리고 스트레스는 학습몰입 과 학업성취도에 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 자기효능감의 독립변수 중 자 신감과 자기조절이 학습몰입 및 학업성취도에 유의미한 설명력을 가진 것으로 나타 났다. 셋째, 스트레스 독립변수 중 대인관계 스트레스와 학교생활 스트레스가 학습 몰입 및 학업성취도에 유의미한 설명력을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과 를 토대로 학습몰입 및 학업성취도에 대한 자기효능감과 스트레스의 관계 및 설명력 을 논의 하였으며, 본 연구의 제한점, 후속연구에 대한 제언을 기술하였다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relations of self-efficacy, stress, learning flow, academic achievement. In order to accomplish this purpose, this study gathered data of 474 fifth and sixth grade elementary school students from 2 elementary schools located around Pusan. The instruments used for the study were the self-efficacy scale, stress scale, learning flow scale and GPA. Pearson correlation analysis and Multi regression analysis were deployed to examine the relations among variables by using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. The major findings of this study appeared as follows. First, there were positive correlations between self-efficacy and learning flow, self-efficacy and academic achievement. there was negative correlations between stress and learning flow, stress and academic achievement. Second, confidence and self control in self-efficacy was the most predicting variables in learning flow and academic achievement. Third, interpersonal relationship in stress and school life in stress was the most predicting variables in learning flow and academic achievement. This study shows that the self-efficacy and stress are the significant predictor for the learning flow and academic achievement of elementary school students. Implications for future research and practice are discussed.
